On monday i asked my boss for a transfer but she told me no not right very soon because they dont have anyone to replace me and she will own to get me the weekly work to fill out. On friday my boss call me and told me they had a replacement for me. Now, the just places they have available for me to walk are to far for me to travel. I told her if that was the shield i would like to stay where on earth i was at till something closer be available. She told me no because someone was hired within my place. So, now subsequent week i have to train this soul who is taking my place and i will have nowhere to move about. None of my options be discussed with me beforehand the transfer and i signed no papers to be transferred. Is here anything i can do?
Answers: your employer can change your chore at anytime (unless you are under contract and even next this may not be covered)
you requested a transfer very soon you don't like what you get. sorry, your employer has done zilch wrong, illegal or unprincipled.
it would be nice if your employer had spent a bit more time discusing your options but it also would hold been nice if you have done the same. "you Reap as you own Sown"
Be careful of what you ask for, you may take it.
When you ask for a transfer to destinations unknown, it is assumed you are not prepared to continue where on earth you are. The employer would usually have a right to protect them self by hiring a replacement.
Now, the defence given, that they had no replacement for you would own tipped you off to the assumption that they would look for someone. If you have not wanted them to do so, that would own been an just the thing time to say so.
I can not predict any court allowing you any damages on the basis of this situation. If you enjoy not already declined the position offered, I suggest you adopt it quickly and start off planning your next move.
