Interview Question - What is your lowliness ?
hiya i have 2 available job interviews this week for a fianance assistant and i no they will ask the dreaded questions what are you weakness and i always never no what to vote when this question arises please assist me out what i could answer for a fianance assistant role ?thanxs xx
Answers: Its difficult to balance between doing yourself a discourtesy - and sounding resembling a self-righteous oik that say vomit inducing things to get a employment.
It is more to test how you toy with an awkward question, and how self aware you are, than to want out any problem personality trait.
In answering it you want to be prepared to offer some sort of mitigant against it as in good health, prooving you can manage this 'weakness'.
I other go for something along the lines of "i know i can receive really fastidious when it comes to attention to detail, specially with formatting - if its inconsistent surrounded by a document it drives me mad!"... but after say "I am aware of this though, and for somethign which have to be done quickly I know level of content and delivering against timescales is more important"...
It's never worked against me surrounded by the past! Its confused, tenuously looks like you retribution attention and care in the region of your work, but also shows you can answer a question resembling a normal human man and deal near problems.
'I wouldn't say I hold a weakness, as such, but I do tend to be a stickler for detail. I approaching things to be right.'
It's a sort of positive weakness.
I used it and get a job surrounded by a bank!
economically 2 say you own no weakness is stupid
i would influence for a finance role would be my drive for perfection, its great to enjoy but you miss the bigger picture SOMETIMES
a weakness could be a strength childish grasshopper
just communicate them it's your bladder!
No, tell them you similar to to do too much sometimes which means you sometimes hold work home. They might like that!

why not go for food, takeaways or utter you cant resist a well cooked prepare steak with a nice bottle of red wine merlot.

or you could budge for somthing boring like my fearfulness is chocolate (they mite like the honesty!!) or my vulnerability is perfection, yet perfection achieve in a deadline :D

My Answer:
My area of opportunity is single speaking one language. Professionally I haven't be held back contained by anyway, yet. I transport a lot of pride surrounded by the my ability to pick up on the non-verbal communication close to personal space. It's my belief this a sign of respect. It's out of respect I am planning on attending class once I get settled into work.
My number one priority right immediately is to make an instantaneous contribution to your company. Do we share the same priority?

I'm a convicted felon.Its hard to find a place that will hire me, i need some help.?
Answers: I feel for you. I used to be a hiring manager and I hated it when they wouldn't let me hire people because of that. I wish the government would pass a law for that to be considered discrimination, because I think it is. If someone has paid their dept to society, then they shouldn't be discriminated against.
Try the construction field, they dont have alot of problems with a guys past. Whatever you do, try and do the right thing, dont fall back into whatever got you here, it will take alot of work on your part. And dont do drugs, construction companies do random checks.

If you are a convicted felon, you did something bad. Any employer would wonder: can it happen again, and, 'I don't need that'. You would feel the same way.
So it is a matter of where you set your sights. There are jobs out there where your record doesn't matter (labor positions, landscape companies, etc) Check the want ads daily and apply often and don't let yourself get discouraged. ... elventuall y some one will conside r you. If that happens, keep your nose clean, work hard and good things will happen for you.
What should i do if i accidently put my birthdate wrong on an application?? PLZ HELP?
I filled contained by everything and it took me to they very extremity, and at the end it told me to call on any walgreens store and do the second step adn the next year i went to wlagreens and finished my second step, while coming final i realized that something be wrong because they system wasnt supposed to let me surrounded by and go through the process. My mom (who be with me while i be filling my ffirst step of application) kept on recitation me that i put the birth date wrong and i didnt listen to her i thought she looked at something else. but she was right i did put my birthdate wrong..SO MY QUESTION:
what should i do to tweaking my birthdate?
should i cancel the aplication?
OR
should i walk to and talk this out near a manager?
OR
any other suggestion.
I would reallyy really appericiate if i can seize a serious and a helpful answer for this because its really bugging me, and instead of sleeping i am typing this query.

mmmmm that'll impress the management....they'll regard that you can't even fill within a simple form. Phone the company, ask for HR department and they will sort it for you. Good luck.
