Why pay C/S agents here $12 an hour and pay for a brick and mortar call center when you can pay someone in India $3 an hour to do the same job?
Companies move their customer service departments that were once based in the U.S. to third world countries in order to alleviate cost (a lot of companies have done this already i.e. Dell, Verizon). Also, everyone is on the internet and mostly every business has a website. Most questions customers may have can now be found on their respective websites.
MBA level near simply 5 years experience as an Admin Assistant?
Anyone have any suggestion in regard to what type of employment opportunities I should be looking for? I merely have 5 years as an AA but I can’t even return with an AA position now because everyone say I am overqualified. There are things out there I would love to put surrounded by for but I am in a lock in 22- I have the level but I don’t have the experience requested. The first entity (which is probably the most impartant) would be to contact your previous (or current) employer and ask if you could use a different job title for your position while employed (something approaching assistant to the executive). So that way, they can verify that information if your employment is checked.
The second article I would do is to focus on some areas where you be able to put in value to the company you worked at and build your resume on that. And don't touch too much on your mundane, year to day accomplishments of the admin role. Your resume should really just be plenty to get someone curious, after, when you go for an interview you can wow them next to whatever you close to.
If none of that stuff works for you, I would try to focus on getting an admin assistant job or an executive assistant living at a large company beside an established functional department in anything you are interested in (whether it be nouns or marketing or operations). By doing that you will be able to build relationships and show switch individuals what you are capable of and you should be capable of wiggle your approach out of that type of position in no time.
