I am considering quitting my profession to become a full-time public speaker. What should I consider first?

I have worked surrounded by a school kitchen for the second 3 years this year the district hired a food service director who had no knowledg of how a academy food service program works so the lead cook who have been doing the livelihood for the last 14 years and myself who did adjectives of the computer work have be training him since september now he have give most of the food prep work and adjectives of the cleaning while the other cook counts straws and has priviate meeting with him the league cant do anything until he breaks the contract what should i do o by the way he be a mcdonalds manger before he come to work for the schoolAnswers: You should own job descriptions. Get a copy of your career description and a copy of the lead cook's commission description as well. I'm sure the Union will subsidise you up on this.
Also, complain to the Food Service Director that the lead cook is not doing his available job according to the job description (put it and writing and brand a copy). Of course, he'll probably do nothing something like it. Then you can go to the Union and directory a grievance against the Food Service Director. Put everything in writing and receive sure that the Food Service Director's boss and HR gets a copy also.
Also, it sounds approaching the Food Service Director is incompetent. Watch him carefully. When he make mistakes, report it to his boss, in writing as you would expect!
