Put exactly that. I worked surrounded by recruitment until I become a SAHM, and it's only unexplained breaks contained by employment that are a problem.

Instead of focusing on work history then you should emphasise your skills, close to computer literacy all the programs you can use, any language you can speak etc
You can also include any commitees you have be involved and roles you took on at your kids schools/organisations - these are all really adjectives skills for an employer.
You might want to re-arrange your resume to include achievements such as organising a big event or co-ordinating a babysitting club / car pool - anything really - if you have skills after make sure you find something that can showcase them for potential employer
