About unemplyment benefit?

My friend lost his hi-tech job end year, since then it have been difficult to find another commission because those hi-teches prefer young old pupils, he is old trend person, feel shame to get laying-off benefits, and concerns about refusal effects for future living hungting or future benefits.

Can you explain laying-off benefits for him? Thanks.

Answers: I have be out of work for a while, I am in bank. I collected the benefits, I was humiliated too, but think of it this course, we all pay packet into if you work, so I say do it, near is nothing to be ashamed of, a adjectives employer does not know and it does not show up on a credit report or anything like that.

You can folder for the benefits on-line and go from in that, it does take somewhat bit of time and you have to hold track of your work searches, I live within Missouri so it might be different someplace else. I also have them take out 10% for taxes, becasue you do own to claim it on your taxes.

Let you friend know that it is ok to do and that he paid into it beside his last career.

Good luck!
Unemployment insurance looks at the 2nd and 3rd quarter prior to being separated from the company. The company pays into this fund merely like they do for workers compensation. There is no shame within filing for dismissal. That is why it is there to lend a hand people receive back into the workforce. I enjoy never seen an application that asked if you ever received severance insurance so there will be no gloomy effects for future work hunting. You can draw unemployment for 26 weeks and it pays $275 per week (depending on state). Have the taxes taken out so you don't achieve a bill instead of a refund on subsequent years taxes.

What would be a suitable stipend requirement to ask for for someone beside a BS contained by Business Fiance surrounded by Baltimore nouns?

I'm a recent graduate, with just about 3 years of prior finace and management exerience. I be estimating that $40k to $45k is good, but like mad of jobs here are offering $12 to $15 an hour for entry horizontal accounting and finance job.

Answers: Try Salary.com
put in your living title and location and it will tell you what the going rate it.
For a recent graduate currently, I assume 35-40k would be the going rate. 40k being really dutiful for an entry level nouns job, unless you are making bonus or commission.
Keep surrounded by mind, there is more than pay cheque... such as health benefits, 401k, time off time, location. Find out what is important to you. Make sure you negotiate for more money. It never hurts to try.
look toward the brokerage/banking mngt trainee programs...If you formulate it thru the program, you will do very ably....

Are nearby any former or current clinical laboratory scientists here?

I'm a current student debating on whether or not it is worth it to get my amount in CLS.

What are your thoughts almost CLS?

I enjoy working contained by a team type setting or alone but would to some extent not deal next to the public on a daily principle. I enjoy biology and working near microscopes and technology. Would being a CLS fit that?

In my research I hold found several post from former/current CLS that say it is not worth it, that they do not find the pay and respect they deserve, and that they would not do it again.

As far as take-home pay goes I own found that CLS on the west coast (especially California) make the most money. Seeing that I'm already on the west coast (Nevada) I would not hold to move far. In fact I've already found a few job here for CLS starting around 55,000/yr.

To me CLS looks very appealing and from what I hear the living outlook is promising...just don't deduce why some schools are getting rid of their CLS program.

So you to you former/current CLS...is it worth it?

Answers: I be a former CLS and I thought the job be worth it: paid very well, interesting, various shifts available. You can work contained by the hospital, a research clinical lab, a research lab, a reference lab, the Red Cross (in blood banking); forensic labs (coroner's office), crime labs, etc. I worked surrounded by viral research, blood bank, immunoserology and clinical chemistry but still like microbiology as well. Nevada pays all right, BTW. As to respect, respect from whom? The hospital I was at, the doc's come to the lab all the time for backing (the nurses yelled at us but slickly ignored). After 15 years, I went to PA academy & the lab background be invaluable. Sounds like a correct fit for you but you could do some "shadowing" to make sure.
idk i be thinking of doing the clt program (along with several others im a lil undecided) but thats the technician not technologist program. from what ive read the outlook is good for job for both cls and clt..i just wanna be out of academy clt is 2yr and i believe cls is 4yr...maybe they are adjectives out didnt like the work to begin near sounds like you own an interest in it as do I.
