Today I be told today that one of the peoeple making a desion was past its sell-by date sick. 50% of the desion was theirs. the other 50% be someone elses. I wastold the desion was made previously she was sick but they can't bequeath out the information until she is back again.Answers: Well,

It may well be that even if the decree was made the personality you talked to couldn't reveal the information because she didn't know what the edict was. She used professional expressions by saying she couldn't reveal the information.

Answers: From what I understand of these two field is that a financial planner helps develop a plan that focuses on adjectives financial aspects of life, i.e stash, spending habits, etc. Financial adviser focus on the investing part of go or where to put your money. Hope that help a little.
