Insubordinate workers...?

I work in a dept where on earth certain workers do not verbs their weight, mishandle time off, their accts are a mess, they can not construct a fully clad email or conduct themselves professionally with clients.

When the chief asks them to do something, either they don't respond, hold a lame excuse for not following through, or give attitude.

We enjoy lost 3 supervisors because of this. I don't blame them for quitting. Why would one put up with such insolence. They treated the supervisors next to such disrespect. The supervisors were apposite people. But, still this attitude prevails. One girl even said, "consent to them try to fire me, I'll go to the NAACP!"

They offered me the position. I turned it down and told them the reason, when a company does not address these bad apples and simply caters to them and allows the good, busy people to quit, why would I want to subject myself to like peas in a pod treatment. Reward the bad, punish the dutiful...what crap!

I am presently seeking new employment.


Answers: A apt manager should know how to cope with a few rotten apples. If the company you work for have a code of conduct then this (together next to employment contracts) would be a good place to start working out how to concordat with them.

Most codes of conduct do not tolerate insurbodination and an appropriate disciplinary process could be started. Don't dispense up on your current employer so lightly - you may even be the party that can motivate your colleagues.
There are always going to be poor workers.

However, it sounds that near isn't any standards at this company.

You you set goals WITH the hand and they are not met, then this is grounds to be fired.

The point is, you stipulation to get the body involved in the hope setting and then work beside them on hitting them.

At the same time, I would set up workshops on the dot management and review surrounded by detail with respectively worker the skills necessary to do their job. Maybe the poor work is due to not knowing how to do it. This is good for anyone. You win poor work and the employee have a bad work experience.

There is abundantly that can be done. It you are up to the task, it sounds fun.
You want to find a job at a wearing clothes company (before this one goes bust) ..

im in yr9 and subsequent yr i will have to choose the subject that i want to filch in my GCSE. back i do that i thought of what i wanted to do as a employment and i thought of doing something related to business. however as i know, business it's too generic and that's why im asking you if you have any suggestion of a situation, where i can earn greatly of money :P. coz i tryed career advocate sites but they're too confusing! i also know a few languages. i involve to have a clear opinion of what im going to do. so please help xx


Answers: a biddable job for you would be getting into travel and tourism. Not that importantly paid but you seize to travel around the world. You could get a employment most anywhere in the world next to that. Or when you are older nearer to home surrounded by a travel agents or airport ect. Just a though. Take as many GCSE'S as you can you can never enjoy to many
That is a rock-hard question to answer minus knowing the individiual who is asking the question.

It adjectives depends what aptitudes you have and what interests you.

If you shift into a job simply because of the pay you arent possible to find that very rich over the long term.

I did exactly that and become an accountant - just because of the money. Whilst I own earned plentifully of money by doing that my job happiness on the whole have been technically low.

Like the previous answerer said - do as many GCSEs as you can and formulate sure to include maths english and a science ( as well as your foreign languages) to confer you as much future range as possible

What type of craft includes the following?

I would like to find a job/career (yes, I know there's a difference) that includes researching, compiling, synthesizing, pills (possibly pharmacy, but not just that, and not a doctor or nurse - highly little contact with "patients"), decree, nutrition, the elderly and aging, obesity, the constitution, most aspects of food (growing/producing to a mediocre extent, but certainly buying, cooking, and intake as well as why inhabitants buy what they buy, cook what and how they cook, eat when, what how and where on earth they eat). While I can see a small but common thread running through seriously of what I just down, I can't seem to numeral out why I'm also drawn to law and the constitution, when I hold absolutely no interest contained by ever stepping inside a courtroom or sueing anyone. Yet that's an area I perceive I should be acutely aware of.
So, do you know of any careers that involve adjectives of these things? If not, perhaps some that incorporate tons of them?


Answers: The first thing I thought of while reading your description be working for a health food or vitamin company. You could research strange products for them. You could also be a buyer, choosing which are the best products they can stock shelves with.

I would speak to someone who works at the corporate bureau of a large company (like GNC or WholeFoods) and see if they can hold out any assistance. They're likely to do this for you if you're a college student trying to choose a direction for your studies, but even if you're not, sometimes at hand are PR people employed to answer anything the public wants to ask. Nothing exactly fits, but a geriatric assistance manager would be a virtuous field overall I would read out.
