Is there a website where on earth someone can post a good or doomed to failure place to work, including their work experiences there?

Answers: You can try Vault.com but suffer in mind that it is untaught tendency for general public to ONLY complain and rarely ever praise. Reviews you read will most plausible be biased as employees vent.
It would be feebly biased. Everyone that gets fired think the company sucks, no matter how poor an member of staff they were. it is never my knock, always someone else.

Does a physician have to have an RN performing stress tests to maintain accreditation?

Answers: I used to direct a cardiopulmonary department in a hospital. We had respiratory technicians who were trained to do the stress tests. We also had a specially trained xray tech to scan the patients for the thallium stress tests. No nurse was required. Obviously, if a problem were to arise, we had an ER doctor nearby who could deal with a medical emergency.

If the stress tests are to be done in the physician's office, then the physician should be on site during the tests. I would also have basic resusitation equipment on hand.
Not all physicians offer stress tests.
Generally, these are done in a cardiologists' office, or in gthe casrdiology dept of a hospital.
They are administered either by a nurse or technician. I had one about 2 months ago and there was a physician right in the area.
