Answers: I would say collapse law is probably booming because of the credit crunch.
Pressures face by law firms - same as other - hiring good talent and making them work long hours :)
Predictions - within will still be many associates that want to be lawyers / solicitors / barristers so lots of individuals are going to be going into debt...
with the crime rate rising don't mull over lawyers will be artificial
I really Need Some Help With this, my livelihood depends on it!?
I work as a bank bank clerk, ive been doing this in a minute for 2 almost 3 years. I havent moved up from teller to resembling lead banker or anything else, and i guess i haven't really tried. But when people i've help train get promoted it really bugs me. Im within school and majoring contained by Elec. Engineering which has zilch to do with this available job, and i can't take on the added hours of a promotion or really want the responsibility, but Its starting to affect my show. Has anyone had this experience, or know what to do so its not other bugging me? i'd really appreciate the advice.Answers: Of course you're going to be ticked bad when you train someone and they get promoted ahead of you. However, your employer know you are going to school for something completely different from bank and know you are only competent to work full time. Maybe they don't want to invest the time or money into training you for a position that they know you are going to leave as soon as you procure your BS degree.
dont risk putting your appendage in fire, play your cards and use your brain. you enjoy spend almost three years, so i hope you have get good relationship near your team leaders surrounded by the bank.
Approach some one basically in a nice mood and ask them that if any oppertunity arise so you are intrested to apply for that. Simple is that they wont put you up to fire some one.
lone when some thing comes up and as long as they know that their is hand in the brach putting his paw up for that. you can nothing do any article else, coz i have done Bachelors contained by Banking & Finance and i dont even have a post. so use your brain and your skills like communication skills near your seniors.

It happend to me like knowledgeable once and I cannot excuse my self for that; The reason I found next in go was my own inability to filch shooling/education more seriously than the job itself; and my own inability to push my self harder to hope those other ways of supporting my self and my interest in studies; which be other than that finicky job.

seek intrinsic worth and abilities from aptitude of job and actions of schooling; instead of job and background alone;
focus upon qualities and ability and actions and aptitudes of self as all right; instead of merely upon the mind and the needs and requriments of self alone; and concentrate on ways and method of improving and developing them surrounded by the self as well..
Finally if you do not know how honest, sincere and truthfull prayers to god can comfort you; then simply try doing them; but beside full comittment, complete devotion, and whole dedication of the mind of self, the self, and of the confidence of self; and by dedicate the happiness of the body, mind, confidence, intelligence, and sumptuousness of self to god, for use by him;as per his own needs and requirements; for after only you shall become worthy of the guidance and guardianship; motivation and drive; and focus and principle of his own self for you.
Been there, done that! Trained "a helper", who terminated up with my position! But,I'd be taking classes for 3 years in prepartion for a current career, and LMAO, adjectives the way to the door, and they really be upset that I wasn't devistated by their inethical practices!
