I hold a T-mobile Interview for a sale rep ( living , mobile )?
I have a interview this thursday for T-mobile I be wondering do they always enjoy more than 1 interview or is it always 3! =(What benevolent of questions do they ask for the interview? What are they looking for within a person! =]
Answers: I work for Sprint so I can communicate you some of the questions they might ask you..
If it is for newly a regular sales rep position they will probably ask why you chose them.. enjoy an answer ready for that.. they will ask what positve experiences own you had next to customers before.. also any refusal experiences and how you handled them...
The best warning i can give is to be kinda cocky.. not too cocky where on earth they think you are going to be rude.. but product them think that you are competitive.. thats what they want!
And near sprint.. i got away beside one interview.. just depends on the level i guess...
Each company treats the interview process a little differently. There is no course to tell how various interviews you will receive or what questions they will ask beyond the unsophisticated format.
I would suggest you ask these questions of the interviewer. Ask them to explain the steps surrounded by their hiring process and what skill sets and experience they are looking for from a candidate.
Help next to this Interview request for information...?
What if you're good surrounded by sales and marketing but completely unsullied to an industry you are applying for and the question would be "In this industry, it doesn't issue what you know but WHO you know... do you have any connections whom we could vend our services?" ? And you know that you have not anything connection nonetheless... how to deal? I would appreciate direct answers to this...Answers: Find a organizer hunter and have them coach you.
Good Luck!
Tell a diplomatic "lie" dude!
Make some comment about "my existing contacts are probably not suitable as consumers for this gentle of industry because... blah... blah... blah"
And the "how to deal" part: find some information around trade shows/events in the Line Of Business of the organisation you're hoping to interlace. Mark down the dates/times/places/etc and then tack hammer that into the interviewer. They'll more impressed if you admit you hold no contacts, but no where and when to find them at trade shows.
Even better would be to find a trade show until that time the interview and grab a few business cards of the race you'd like to enjoy as contacts - then you can at tiniest give him some name as potential contacts.
Good luck dude!!
this sounds like an insurance cross-examine..they want you to sell to populace you know..i had a friend who did this, he is contained by car sale now, working 70 hours a week.
