What should i do at charge?
Ive started a new employment at a retail store since i started the manager is of late on me do this and that not even 1minute that iam doing the first job she comes and tell me to do another which i dont mind doing but there are more human resources in one and the same department just standing nearby and wont say anything to the other. should i tolerate her know our just permit it pass by and do the duty.Answers: do what the boss wants you to do - if it become too much, look for work elsewhere.
Your manager could be literally trying your leniency to see just how much you can/will put up next to. This may be her way of preparing you for what's to come near others when she or someone more experienced isn't around to assist. If no co-workers are approaching you and offering to relieve you of the delegated task(s) consequently it could be your challenge. Some customers can be greatly demanding not to mention down right rude. Keep your chin up, grin and bear it and don't be afraid to ask question.

Depends. Is he have an illicit affair on the side? If so, you're safe. Or, if she's really gross and you're saving him a weekly headache, you might procure promoted!!
