Careers Employment Questions and Answers

What's more celebrated, Benefits or Salary when looking for a living?

If you had to agree on from 2 job offer, one pays $2.00 more an hour but has smaller amount benefits, the other has more/better benefits but pays $2.00 smaller number. What's really important.

Answers: depends on the specific benefits. let say the benefit is an extra week of time off and job a (with the extra benefit) pays $20 per hour, commission b pays $22 per hour. if you work 2080 hours per year job b pays >$4000 per year more than opportunity a. Is the extra vacation worth it? Probably :) you attain the idea anyway.
Go for the one next to more benefits. The cost of those should exceed the $2.00 per hour offered on the other which means you are getting salaried more.
