Any one applied for breach they asked me (see details) what should i put?

Think about a time when a customer complimented your service. What specifically did you do that lead to the compliment?

Answers: I put my best foot forward and provided outstanding service
They were have trouble buying blah blah, i walked over and help them with blah blah, giving them a exceedingly personal shopping experience...they ended up paying over $200 lying on their budget and even tried to offer me $20 as a tip but i refuse and said "please give it to charity instead"
Totally made up but sounds righteous huh?
I used to work for Gap in my juvenile years. They are interested in ppl who travel out of their way. So, if you worked for another retail establishment, and (for ex.) a customer be looking for an item that was out of stock...probably you went the extra mile by calling other stores to get hold of this item. Or perhaps you be about to take off for the day..you saw a customer who needed assistance, but everyone else was busy...you stopped to assist this person (even after you have clocked out)! i

Anyone out there love and hate their job at the same time?

Answers: I am not currently working outside the home, I take care of my disabled husband, but I have been there. I use to work in a truck stop at the fuel desk and also a conveinence store--the truck drivers were why I hated the job and loved it--it was a busy truck stop and working the fuel desk didn't leave you much time to think about anything but what you were doing--same for the store--I didn't mind the side work but I got to hating the fact that customers were walking into the door--so I took time off and then he became disabled. Sorry you had a bad day, oh i worked 3rd and didn't have to deal with bosses too much. I usually worked alone, not even with another co-worker.
I think most people love some aspects of their jobs and hate others. That's why employers pay people to work - the job isn't enough fun to entice people to work for free. However, if the good outweighs the bad in a job, then it's a good job.

Personal be off of unreality.?

What can I give as a function for a personal leave of abcense?
Can it be for ANY personal aim? Does it have to be medical? Do employer neceserrily ask for proof?
Can the deni me a 3 months leave stating that my use is not sufficient enough tp approve? I do not enjoy any specific health or ethnic group problem , I just want a break .

Answers: It would at your employer's discretion.

Keep contained by mind that if your employer can afford to do without your services for three months, they might not requirement you to come back.

In your employer cannot do lacking your services, then he would be better stale terminating your employment and replacing you beside someone who wants the undertaking.

Most employers would deny the request.
And while you're gone, who is going to do your work?
as an employer, a couple days, we can work around that. A couple months? Either you want to work here or you don't want to work here.
Well running two deposit company's, and having be HR in a construction company. I can put in the picture you if an employee come in and didn't enjoy sufficient reason for requesting a "personal Leave of absence" It would be denied and afterwards the person would be beneath a very close inspection. The judgment is simple, you have already fixed you need a break, or you want to set out but don't have the guts to up and stroll away. So you figure that if you bring a leave of fantasy you can take time to see what else is out nearby. Now as an employer I would have a report on you already, but any reason to write you up, I would. And than once I enjoy enough to know that you would loose surrounded by un-employment court, I would terminate your employment.

Now as to the imperative, an employer can grant/de-ni any request for "Personal Leave of absence" at their discretion. Now for emergency family medical confer on that is something totally different.
You involve to look at the laws contained by your state. Even in California, though (which is roughly speaking as employee-friendly as it comes) there have to be a compelling reason to "force" your employer to bequeath you leave and hold your chore for you.

Look at it from the employer's point of view...you're asking them to hold your assignment open for three months while you jump do...something unspecified. If you'd been at hand 5 or 6 years and been a stellar hand, I'd think roughly speaking it. If you'd been around a year or two, it would be intricate for me to justify trying to cover for you for three months while you help yourself to a break.

Turn it around...if the employer were stressed out, would it be okay near you for them to close, lay you off for three months and expect you not to purloin another job and promise to come hindmost, so the employer could "take a break"?
