Usually employer have several medical coverage option (ie. single, single + kids, family). Just choose the one that's appropriate for you.
If your employer only offer single coverage there's not much you can do. (Welcome to the US!)
well, i'm not material sure of the situation, but if you are already an employee next to insurance, you usually can only include family member at the beginning of a contract year
unless you are lately married, just have or adopted a child, or your family connections members lately lost access to another insurance policy.

The last chore I had I not here for 2.5x the pay. They be bitter but couldn't match the present. I never listed them as reference because I know all they would read out is bad things nearly me to try to blackball me.My current job I own been at for a year, but I honestly be aware of I have outgrown it. I can net more money and take on more responsiblity somewhere else. Keep surrounded by mind, there is no room to move up right in a minute at this job.
I frontage a similar dilemma this time: I can't but anyone down as references. For one, I'm currently working at hand and if they find out I'm applying elsewhere it will be bad word. If I use references from the previous chore, they will say equal thing.

Some employer's do check reference, alot depends on how high within the company you are wanting to go.
And if you are at a comatose end surrounded by your job and they wouldn't want you to better yourself for their own insensitive reasons, consequently you have a pretty crappy situation!
I would say try an associate i.e. not your boss and ask them first so that your boss won't find out until you want him/her to.

Also, as others have said, common jobs approaching lawn mowing and coup¨¦ washing could be fitting options...if your brave ample to knock on peoples doors and ask!
