My boss let my coworker catch away near anything?
she hasn't worked for months he still pays her, I don't care except She already run off the other girl (knowing she wasn't coming to work) presently we have another girl, and she take her days then never shows up!So I own to work my day past its sell-by date!
Should I tell my boss that if he desires to deal near her incompatence, FINE!
but I will not be subjected to it anymore, if he gives the other girls days to her consequently I'm quitting!?
Answers: Forgive me for saying this, but that relationship is none of your business.
You are hopefully remunerated for a good eight hours of work. Whether you do her work or your's, you are salaried. If he has a purpose for keeping her on the books, consequently that is his business.
You should not confront your boss. If you are part of the pack of a larger organization, and your boss is primarily stealing, then you might consider anonymously reporting him if you hold a whistle blower program.
If all else fail, simply leave on fitting terms. There is no upside for your describing him off or creating a conflict. If you become sorrowful at work, then go off, but do so on your terms near head held elevated.

Apparently you don't concern or you would have quit already. And your boss doesn't attention to detail, either.
If it bothers you so much find a trial job and later quit this one. Don't do it the other way around!
Unless you own someone to go to give or take a few your boss, and you have concrete indisputable information that is to say not subjective, then your alternatives are to:
1. Quit
2. Deal next to it
Someone who is a boss has closely more say within what occurs or what does not turn out in a workplace than an hand.
As an employee, it is NOT your responsibility to verbs, care, monitor, or comment on other people's behaviors. Your post is to do the job you are compensated to do. It is not a fair world. Some race get to conduct operations people and others verbs bathrooms... reality sucks sometimes.
Rather than worrying give or take a few fairness, worry nearly your own income opportunities. If you don't resembling the job, look for a bright one. If you don't have the skills for another mission, get the skills to not be trapped contained by this type of feeling within the future.

Answers: Yes sure, as long as you can do the work. Company's are legally required to accomodate disabilities such as hearing loss. For example in my previous firm one deaf employee used instant messaging to commuincate with her team-mates.
Why can't you use a phone? I had a girl friend who was hearing impaired from the age of three and she used phones, my father has had hearing lose for the past twenty years he uses phones. You need to check into getting a hearing aid. Make an apportionment with an Audiologist and see what they have to say. IF you find that you can use a hearing aid all phones now have to be hearing aid compatible and if you're hired to use the phone they have to make sure that you have one to use while at work.
How do you ask for a reference in your two-weeks notice?
Answers: I would ask for that in a private conversation with your supervisor or whoever gives them out. Just ask politely, in every long term job I've had, I have asked and generally recieved permission to list the job as a reference.
Don't. That needs to be a separate verbal discussion. When asking, let the person providing the reference know that, when you have a need for someone to contact them as a reference, you'll call ahead of time and let them know that a call is coming, from whom, and what the business/job context are.
