What is the difference between 1st, 2nd, and 3nd procession support?
In the world of IT and the jobs on the bazaar what is the meaning of 1st, 2nd and 3rd stripe support. What is the difference between the 3?Answers: The actual duties will vary depending on what company you're working for and what giving of support you're providing.
But as a general rule, 1st flash support basically mode the first point of contact. So this is generally rather a junior job, and contained by some companies may be nothing more than a customer service role. The entity will answer the phone to take query and will solve small problems, like conceivably setting your computer up for you or something like that.
2nd column support means that issues are passed on to this human being from 1st line support. So they could be dealing next to a wide gamut of technical support issues.
Then 2nd procession support would pass issues that they can't resolve to 3rd procession support. 3rd line support would commonly have duties that are other to just providing hi-tech support, such as writing reports, monitoring response times in providing support, etc. So it can be more of an running role.
So when you're looking for a job, you wouldn't look for a 3rd chain support role if you've got no experience. As a complete tenderfoot you'd look for a 1st line role, or if you haven't get work experience but have right training then a 2nd procession role may suit you as well.
This is lately my understanding. I conscript for IT jobs but not really this type of support role, and I hold picked this up just from reading people's CVs. So if anyone have a better explanation than this, I'd be most happy to hear it!
Who is a plumber or Corgi registered?
im thinking of going into plumbing as a career, firstly getting the recommendation i need, Corgi. I want to know how the returns are and lifestyle of a plumber are?how is the process of being qualified approaching? is it difficult to become qualified?

Answers: My husband is a Corgi Registered plumber.He's been contained by the trade for 25 years now.Best bit of warning I can give you is to gain an apprenticeship.Avoid any schemes that claim to prepare you in a few months.One such cook up was shown on tv a while put money on.All the lads were doing be sitting at a computer, and they never got any hand on experience, despite having compensated a few grand for the course.
Electricians are ten a penny.Plumbers are what companies are crying out for.It's a fitting trade to be in.Just don't bring ripped off near these courses.

Didnt you watch that programe the other week it be about who earn what and there be a plumber on there he did 24 hour call for out and it was London and it be like a posh plumbing going to really rich peoples houses I reason he just roughly just dressed smart and really really cleaned up after himself so their marble floors werent shabby and he was on I imagine about 90k a year! posh plumbing the mode!
