Do you deem self disregarded is a form of bullying?
I'm temping (secretary) and working with one senior beneficiary of the company. Apart from when I talk to her, she a moment ago ignores me throughout the daylight and thinks she's god's offering to industry. She talks on the phone similar to she's in command.Answers: Not really. I'd prefer that over some form of micro-management. Or someone that spreads lies.
Don't verbs about her. Just be polite and do your duty to the best of your ability.
I don't regard so, but it would be if you were overlooked when talking to the other human being.
Several years ago I used to do quite a bit of temp work. Most of the time I be ignored unless I have a question around something I was working on. Even in a minute, as a permanent hire admin, I am overlooked by everyone else in the fairly small office...until the computers break down. Its only a fact of department life...temps and low rank perm employees are overlooked by upper level staff.

NOPE! On this one "Poopsy", I enjoy a feeling that you may be "reading" this woman adjectives wrong. It may appear to you that she is ignoring you--especially if you of late want to socialize. However, truth be known, she may own her schedule so overloaded that she doesn't know which bearing to turn next. She may "appear" to be ignore you, when--in fact, she have full confidence in you and that you can seize the job done in need a lot of supervision and lacking asking questions every 30 second or so---this is what she DOESN'T NEED.
The VERY best thing you can do for HER and for YOURSELF within "dealing with" her is: If you have ANY spare time what-so-ever, ask her if in that is ANYTHING you can do for her to lighten her nouns and help her out a moment or two. If so, I will guarantee you that she will be most appreciative, and--if you can help her remove the colour her load---you are doing not only her, but YOURSELF a BIG favor by making yourself vitally "invaluable/unreplaceable". And, as far as her seeming to be "in command"--perhaps, she IS! She of late may be one of the senior board members of this company. Now, should she find that you are the watertight candidate to be her assistant---you've get yourself one helluva GREAT position here, and a LOT of this may shortly shift over to you--then, you can both go crazy together--lol. But, DO bequeath her the benefit of the doubt. It sounds to me like she is comfortable beside and has confidence surrounded by you and your work. So, keep up the angelic job---step it up a little, if you can, and try to assistance her out. I don't see this as any form of "bullying". SHARON
No, I don't think anyone ignored is a form of bullying. Not everyone is going to similar to everyone else and as long as she is not interfering with you, spreading nasty rumours or threatening you, I would just close the eyes to her too.
Has anyone given up their sale art and gone to work within a factory?
I am thinking about it. I soak up the atmosphere in a factory and am tired of selling products.Answers: You basically made the best argument for your actions by stating that you "wallow in the atmosphere in a factory and your tired of selling". Most population are tied to jobs they don't delight in and this creates stress, dissatisfaction, etc.
I often report to people to amount out what they like doing and find a track to make money doing it.
Don't look for a illustrious paying job, look for a work you enjoy and turn it into a big paying position.
Go for the Factory position and make the best of it.
