i want to do job related to proggraming.. so that it will minister to me in both ways financially as powerfully as in practical education .Answers: I am in a simliar role to you, project work my friend can be adjectives and some might let you do slice time hours. I doubt a programming role as such will be part time. I am thinking more resembling technical roles. Don't verbs dude, we know it's rubbish, but once you have 1-2 years and a point, your off ;)

Gratuity is paid by the employer base on the completed working years subject to general rules and regulation of the country and or depends on the Agreement the employer and hand has it.
Pension is a contribution by both the employer and member of staff on the monthly salary this take care of post retirement income for the member of staff. This normally be deposited within Pension funds managed by Governmnet and by some financial Institutions surrounded by some countries.
Now if the transfer of gratuity to income funds, depends if the interest is for the employee or not, within should be amutual agreement to this certainly.
