I'm nearly 29 & have be an electrician for almost 9 years... Generally the guys are cool with me.sometimes I come across elder guys who are a bit funny towards me, but I end up leading them over coz they know I'm not just some chick advocate "Girl Power"...anyhow, I'm temporarily in a Supervisors position...I'm really enjoy it, but I'm getting a feeling from a couple of the guys that they are not too thrilled about it...sometimes they take no notice of me on the 2-way radio when I'm trying to get them to turn to a job...the point is I'm enjoying this role but newly have this yucky consciousness today, questioning whether I belong here or not...I love my errand & I don't like how I'm emotion so I thought getting it out here might get it out of my skipper as its bothering me...BTW; I realise that I'm probably just human being a girl!!Answers: first of all, i know how you consistency! i work in engineering. anyhow, you get that supervisor position because you believed you could do it and so did someone else obviously. Do not consent to a couple of jealous guys procure you down and rob you of your confidence. You may have to stop worrying roughly speaking being their friend and trying to fit surrounded by and start showing them who is boss! You give us women a devout name!
You didn't cite any noticeable signs that the guys were cause problems. You may just be overly analytical since you are a investigational manager and trying to do a devout job.
If you similar to it, stick with it. You immediately have something to put on your resume that shows management and you can go elsewhere if it doesn't work out where on earth you are.

I'm so happy that I get a second interview (it's going to be on Monday), but seeing this is going to be my first second interview, I'd really like to know how is it resembling and what I would expect? AND WHAT I SHOULD PREPARE FOR!Answers: Well they will just ask you profusely of questions close to about ur hobbies and experiences near customers and such. Just be polite, happy and nice. They really close to happy ethnic group, lol, and someone who is a team player. So essentially, just question about yourself and almost your past job if you had any
Ideas for Career Paths? Please Help!?
I am a High school Student & I involve some ideas of what to be when i grow up. I own been thinking profusely about it. i would perfer something that make a lot of money. next to not so much schooling. maybe a moment ago a couple yrs. Please give me some planning??Answers: If you're good beside people, you could shift into sales. It's not for everyone, but it does allow some those to do well financially, in need as much schooling.
On the other hand, I still surmise you'll be better off if you simply get your work together and get the hang down of learning. There's really not a devout substitute for education.
Dude, I'm 51, and I STILL don't know what I want to be when I grow up. Just travel with the flow, and don't concentrate on prosperity. Life's too short to worry roughly speaking money.
