Whether a professional doctor can start his profession from his residence?
need trial details alsoAnswers: I agree with the other posters, but enjoy another thought...
Why don't you be a doctor who visits patients at their home?
You will obligation a business license and you need to verify whether your home is within the proper zone to operate a business. If it is not and you are reported, you will get a citation to stop operating / etc.
You can apply for a variance surrounded by your zoning or a conditional use permit to allow you to run the business from your home. It take A LOT of money and it's never guaranteed, so it may be cheaper to find a place that is zone for commercial/medical businesses (there are LOTS of medical-office buildings which I'm sure have vacancies).
If, somehow, you are competent to run the business out of your home, you will need to acquire separate business insurance (let your homeowners' insurance know that you run a business from your home). You will need to win general liability insurance, property insurance, etc. (at lowest possible $1 million). Don't forget to get malpractice insurance.
merely if the zoning is for business or profession occupations
CV- 1 page, or 2?
I want to apply for a job at my local store up the road. No see has be advertised as far as I know, but I'm pretty sure they'll stipulation some staff over the Easter holidays. I am sending a letter of question, and my cv. Do you think it would be better to convey a 1 page cv, or 2 pages? As far as I know the lone skills I need to demonstrate are those needed to work within a small shop, and maybe some local acquaintance.Answers: I think for a employment like this one page of CV should be fine. Just produce sure it's clear, concise and you aren't repeating yourself.
That said, for an easter time job that hasn't be advertised, I would freshly go within and speak to them. If you are keen to update your CV you coudl jump in near it, and leave it near them so they can contact you, otherwise I would save yourself the application and see what they have to vote.
If its a large secure, you will likely own to fill contained by an application form. If its a small local concern, you could end up near a job this afternoon.
Always own a CV no more than 2 pages and if it fits on one page next you probably havent written enough!! Remember a CV is not just about you. its about what you can do for the company you are applying to! suitable luck
EDIT o i just read its for the local store a short time ago go surrounded by and ask about it! you dont call for a cv for a store job? freshly go and hold a chat!
2 pages - as you should schedule all the diploma you have (even if they are not relevant) and adjectives the jobs you enjoy ever had.
In your covering missive you can highlight what you can do and your local knowhow.
I think one page is fine. I've read your previous question and from doing so, I believe that you're relatively young and probably hold only a controlled amount of experience. So one page should definitely be satisfactory space to convey everything that's relevant.
CVs should be two pages maximum, but it sounds resembling in your luggage it shouldn't be necessary.
So enjoy a one-page letter, and a one-page CV.
