Depends what type of available job you are looking for.

Reed.co.uk I thought was impartially good for bureau / admin type work.
I recommend jobsite.co.uk and jobsearch.co.uk.

http://www.jobsite.co.uk/

http://www.jobsearch.co.uk/

I found a job using these.
Try this one:
www.1job.co.uk
It search tons of the other really good profession sites, like fish4, totaljobs, and cvlibrary.
Of course this is a British website so it may not do you much righteous if you'r in the USA. you could try checking to see if it have an american site too though.
I'd say the best one I've used is opportunity centre plus.
But also, if you enjoy a type of job surrounded by mind, go through the wan pages and ring respectively company that offer that work. Sometimes they haven't but advertised but call for someone, and other times they only peddle within their four walls but knowing you are interested will sway them.
That's how i get my job, they hadn't get round to advertising for it.
It might appropriate one call, it might thieve 20, but it only take a few seconds for inhabitants to say 'no' so it won't cost much any and if they don't need you at that point they maintain you on their records for adjectives postitions.
Hope this helps a bit
I used reed.co.uk for PA position. I found it really righteous, because although reed are a recruitment company themselves, they transport positions for lots of other recruitment companies too.

Whether a professional doctor can start his profession from his residence?

need decriminalized details also

Answers: I agree with the first poster, but enjoy another thought...

Why don't you be a doctor who visits patients at their home?

You will requirement a business license and you need to verify whether your home is surrounded by the proper zone to operate a business. If it is not and you are reported, you will get a citation to stop operating / etc.

You can apply for a variance contained by your zoning or a conditional use permit to allow you to run the business from your home. It take A LOT of money and it's never guaranteed, so it may be cheaper to find a place that is zone for commercial/medical businesses (there are LOTS of medical-office buildings which I'm sure have vacancies).

If, somehow, you are competent to run the business out of your home, you will need to return with separate business insurance (let your homeowners' insurance know that you run a business from your home). You will need to grasp general liability insurance, property insurance, etc. (at most minuscule $1 million). Don't forget to get malpractice insurance.
It primarily comes down to whether your neighbors are annoyed and what kind of neighborhood you live surrounded by.

On the legal finish, most US towns and cities have zoning law that prevent people from running a chief business (like a doctor's practice) out of their home. But if you live in a single home home, and your neighbors aren't bothered, it's unlikely that anyone's going to enforce the law against you--there aren't really any "zoning police" whose mission it is to find people running business and shut them down. If you live within a condo or in a neighborhood next to a homeowner's association or something like that, you WILL stipulation to get their OK, because they're busybodies and WILL hunt you down.

On the business expire, you might find it hard to attract patients if you don't enjoy a real office--people will wonder what's wrong near you, why you can't afford to rent another space, whether maybe you're trying to conceal something from them, stuff like that. If you don't enjoy a choice, though, and you're sitting on a real medical point and can't use it unless you open a practice within your home...what do you have to lose?

Best of luck, and net sure to consult a real legal representative before making your final judgment.

Answers: it make him more marketable.
If an accountant can say he is also an attorney, he can represent associates that are audited
(big money)
If you get audited by the IRS it would be awesome to own someone that understands the law and taxes!
