Question something like leave days at work?

If you are entitled to 10 days vacation a year, and you usually get 2 days stale a week, can you take stale an entire week and have that solely count for 5 vacation days instead of 7?

Answers: It depends entirely on the situation. If you are within a place that works 7-days a week, but are scheduled for solitary 5 of those days each week, you might hold to take 7 break days to ensure that you actually hold 7 straight vacation days. Then again, you might not own to do this. More than likely, if your rota is firm and you always work indistinguishable 5 days each week, beside the same hours, afterwards you would technically have 7 days past its sell-by date when you take 5 days stale. However, if it is a more flexible schedule, even though you've planned 5 days off, you might be expected to work on the preceding or two following days. But certainly, in the baggage of working only Monday through Friday on a solid rota, more than likely you would enjoy 9 consecutive days off for five days of break (Saturday, Sunday, the week of vacation, afterwards the following Saturday and Sunday). When in doubt, however, the final answer will other come from the policies of your employer.
Yes.

You are only using 5 time off days.

For example, if you work Monday through Friday, you are using the 5 vacation days for Monday through Friday, giving you a total of 7 days sour in a row when you include Saturday and Sunday.

So when you stuff out your request. Just list the date for the 5 days you would normally work.

You would still own 5 days remaining. Have fun!
Well vacation is usually 4% of your web pay so if that equals to 14 days afterwards thats what you are entitled to.
