I would like to submit the wellness industry as a potential solution.

Every day, I am reading how people are looking for alternatives to prescription medications (chemicals and side effects). You could try selling a product that helps people - like through nutrition for example. Just today, I was reading a web page for the Health Ranger. It is simply amazing - and almost scary.

Anyway, we are distributors, and every time one of my customers contacts me to tell me their progress, I feel very good - knowing that I have helped improve their health and well-being.

Just a suggestion.

I am thinking in the order of sending a reminder to the Dir. of HR something like an interview?

I am thinking about sending an email to the director of HR of a company that I interviewed near last month. Long story short, the interviewers asked me question such as:

- Why did you not list your previous supervisor as a hint?
- What year did you graduate from college?
- When you left your previous profession, did they make you an donate to stay?
- What was your boss' aversion when you resigned from your previous job?

Also - I have resigned from my mktg job concluding year, and focused on my job poke about. Since Nov., I've been working a PT assignment in Sales. One of the interviewers stated, "since you own been out of work since April, you probably havent done any work within marketing since then"

I want to keep my option open contained by the future if/when I want to reapply to this company. But then again, that is not the solely company in the nouns to apply for employment. Should I send the above info to the director or should I newly leave 'very well enough alone' and forget in the order of it?


Answers: I to do not see anything wrong with these question.
All of which, I think could own been answered to hang on to you in a positive flimsy.
I would leave "all right enough alone" and I don`t know practice how you could answer each of these question positively if they were ever asked again.
I'm not an HR specialist, however, those question don't really seem to be out of smudge... maybe they could be honed a bit, but it seem they want to know about how your previous work relationship be.

I enjoy be working as a PA at a company for 9 months...?

and now my boss have decided to make over roles within equal organisation and will no longer be allowed a PA. I am therefore minus a job - do they hold to offer me an alternative or can they surrounded by effect just 'sack' me? Would I be capable of claim benefits whilst looking for other work?


Answers: If it's a large company, they'll usually find something else for you. It may not be a PA career, but could be something similar like a Director's Secretary. However, if it's a small company next there may not be the selection to move to another role.

After being in that 9 months, unfortunately they do not enjoy to offer you redundancy income (this doesn't apply until you've been in attendance two years). But, other legislation to do with redundancy does apply - you are permitted remunerated time off to attend interviews, and the company have to show that they've tried to find another role for you.

However you will be permitted to claim JSA with on the spot effect.
unfortunately they can purely terminate due to downsizing. I would ask them if within is something else available first if you enjoy working near. If not, you are definetely eligible for unemployment benefits. Dont offer up you will find something.

You have no employment rights as you won't hold been employed for long satisfactory - but I mean this contained by the legal sense surrounded by terms of your rights to thieve the employer to a tribunal.

They can let you be in motion which would be effectively dismissal or they can find you a suitable alternative role. If no suitable alternative role exists then an alternative role could be offered and this across the world comes with a trial extent on the basis that its not a suitable game but you might want to try it. If after a trial period (i would ask for 3 months.common sense explained later) you say you don't similar to the alternative role then you will enjoy been employed for 1 year and your endorsed rights come into play.

Benefits? Guess if you were effectively released from employement next this is the same as self fired - so that should mean you can capture jobseekers allowance and anything in add-on that you might be entitled to.
You said .."change roles in the same organisation" ... I help yourself to that to mean exactly that. So when the roles be changed what is your new role?

If roles be eliminated because the company go through a re-organization you still should be told what your new role is or if your duty was hence eliminated.

In other words I didn't comprehend " no longer be allowed a PA" to mean you own no job. I unspoken it to mean you will not act PA duties due to the role change but will make some other function. Is that the way you take to mean it?

What is your status? Are you going in to the department everyday? If so, what are you doing?

youre right, it would be redundancy and yes, they would hold to consider suitable alternative employment (like for like) within the company, save a suitable alterniative (similar) will do...you'll have 28 days trial to see if you resembling it (after reasonable training). Unfortunatley, after individual 9 months service with the company, you are unable to redundancy severance, although a nice company may choose to pay it.

As for claiming from the gvernment, I am unsure.

UK? You have be working for you employer for less than a year which make this case mainly difficult. In this case because of that, you cannot claim unmerited dismissal.
You would need to check your contact in moderation, to see if there are any variation in your contract which state that you could be offered another position in the company, should your job give up to exist, which is classed as genuine redundancy. They don't enjoy to offer you an alternative, if this is the grip. Can I suggest that you don't resign, check your contract and then dawdle to see what happens formerly you do anything else.
You could claim benefits, but what you can claim, depends on your situation. Good Luck.
