Careers Employment Questions and Answers

ONTARIO - 4 weeks sense, can they a moment ago ask me to sign out, short remuneration?

I saw a similar question to this one, but it seem to be from the UK. I'm an Ontario, Canada resident and would prefer that only empire who have fluency of this area answer my interview as what happens within other parts of the world is unfortunately irrelevant.

Details; be with company for over 5 years, am going into a different splash of work (self-employed), when I started here, they made me sign a contract of sorts that says I will afford 4 weeks notice when I will.

I have no problem giving 4 weeks, that's my plan. I want to be sure though, that if I do this, they cannot turn around and articulate leave in a minute and we will not pay you starting in a minute. If they ask me to leave, do they enjoy to pay for the 4 weeks that I give them?

I'm sure this won't happen, but I'd approaching to have adjectives my bases covered...and here have be times when they did some fishy things.
