How do u guess the interview go?
Just need some feedback on whether or not my interview go well. Well to start is be scheduled at 1pm. I arrived precipitate and the interviewer actually took me surrounded by early at something like 12:45, and the interview lasted until nearly 1:25-1:30pm. Is this a good sign that it last so long? They also asked to keep a couple of my celebration reviews from my previous job i have showed them. Good, bad, or what? I be also told that i was doing upright at least three times during the interview. I also notice that while i was explaining my reference to him he was taking log as to what i was saw. writing down things like former co-worker, former supervisor, etc, and what time of daylight is best to call.I be also told that their decision would come around feb. 15-16, so the hiring can come near coincide with that take-home pay period. I guess for is it for paperwork reason? That part i didnt appreciate.
Answers: I think you nail it. It takes around 2 weeks to complete framework investigation. When they do this, it only vehicle that you are the best match for the position.

If it were me, the solely contact I would consider making is a "thankyou" type letter, only to say appreciation for the courtesy of an interview... very informative... reaffirmed desire to work for you... blah blah. But this just works if you post it as soon as you get backbone from the interview!
After that, I would not make contact in the past three weeks at least.
Even if its be a week or so, it may well be that you are second or third on the account, and they are waiting for somoene else to take up the extend.
Also it is common practice for employer to write to most of the candidates that weren't sucessful fairly than phoning, and this can take weeks.
If you aren't sucessful though, I would gladden you to ask for feedback.

I would voice three days to a week, unless they said "we'll let you know by Wednesday" and later anytime Thursday or after is fine.
It depends how big the company is as well. In a really large company, it usually take about five populace to make the finding about who to hire and later you might want to leave it a bit longer to distribute them time to sort themselves out - could be that they didn't get a opening to speak together yet.
In a smaller company, the conclusion will be made by one or two people and that's when it's okay to beckon sooner, plus the fact that you call might directly influence the decision.
Ideally at the wrapping up of any interview you should ask when they expect to make their decree - don't be afraid of pushing them for a timescale, you might have other job to think going on for. This will give you an hypothesis as to when to start chasing.

Don't. It'll a short time ago be embarrassing for both of you. If you don't hear from them you cam be sure you ain't get the job, surrounded by the meantime keep looking.
By not pushing for a firm yes or no at smallest they've still got your first name on file that they can refer to at a subsequent date.
It also makes you look desperate.
If I interview someone and they appointment me two or three days later, I feel that they are doing what it says contained by the 'how to do an interview' handbook. If they give the name me the next light of day or even later impossible to tell apart day, I mull over that this 'keen' 'sharp' person really really wishes the job !. If they are working sturdy to get the living I can assume that they will work equally hard for me. Do I really want someone working for me who will dawdle two days before ringing my customers ??
Why would you not phone up someone who holds your future trade in their hand ??. The fact that you are even debating this say to me that you dont want the job that much.
