I'm looking for something that offers a fun work environment near interesting people but allows me to cart pride in my commission. I'm tired of investing my time and money with institution to be dissappointed in the finish. Sounds funny but restaurant servers are some of the most interesting people i've ever be around. I enjoy the snatched pace of waiting on table, along with the hasty cash and social hour beside my fellow employees. I'm really thought that it's time to move into something else though.I really am consumed by this quest for a more suitable job. More coaching is not out of the question. Any suggestions?

One step at a time, get your BSN first, or find a program that offer an accelerated RN to Masters where on earth you can skip a year of the BSN curriculum if you do well.
EIther NP or guidance are good areas to take into. Money shouldn't be a deciding factor, but ultimately if you return with into management and supervision you'd probably make a bit more.
I hold struggled myself with what I want to do. I used to really want to be a Neonatal NP but presently my focus is shifting towards Nursing Education and possibly seeking a faculty position within an ADN program, or working as a nurse schoolteacher within a hospital. I still can't want.
