I'm looking for job for hospitality industry in a minute.. I'm a Chinese Restaurant hostess previously. And now I've 2 unfilled jobs waiting for my answer but I couldn't bring in a better decision which one to choose to verbs my career causeway. Parkroyal Resort Penang wanna hire me as a F&B Public Relations with RM1000 per month & provide transportation but it's too far for me. Equatorial Hotel Penang wanna hire me as a chinese restaurant chief for RM1000++ and is very implicit from my house. Some said F&B PR is better coz it's a management rank & I'll be promote in better level surrounded by the future & person in charge is juz a junior level & I inevitability to wait bout 2 or 3 years to bring back in the direction level. Some said Equatorial is better coz close to & the hotel is more famous. So which one should I choose? Please answer what's your judgment if you're in my shoes.. Juz write something on it.. Whoever answer the reliable answer will get the best answer. Please warning.. Urgent!! The more answer the more I wish to see!! 10Q.Answers: depends on whats more earth-shattering to you...more money now? more money latter? room to advance? something close by? which situation will you have more fun doing? which will be more stressful?how will respectively job potentially affect your ancestral?...decide the answers to those topics and within will be no wrong answer.
I can tell by the style you asked you question that you are sloping towards the 2nd choice. You seem to good point more money and closeness to home.
You will always regret whichever ruling you make in some way - just engineer one that makes you glowing. Be glad you have two job to choose from - some people dont own the options you hold above.
Be a Chinese Restaurant Captain is my choice, because :
1. near from your house, no requirement cost to go for work
2. you'll attain more money it's RM 1000++ and still get excise also
from the guest
3. It's not a general position, have need of spesialization, so if you
want to have a better occupation .. more easy to achieve it for you.

Chose the one near your home so you won't be so fatigued when you obtain home. The one far away will take a toll on you and you've lately begun a trade path; so you don't want to hold to re-think merely over long distance. Hands down.

The NI number or the job?I denote the employer will ask me for my NI number and in direct to get an NI number I enjoy to be working! it's seems approaching an endless loop!
In other words do I to call in JobCentrePlus after or before getting a profession?

Answers: You can't apply for an NI number until you any have a charge, or you can prove that you're looking for a job (and this doesn't be going to sending off a few applications, it scheme that you're registered with an agency or can prove that you're contained by the process of interviewing).
I know because I moved here a few years ago from New Zealand, although I am a British citizen originally.
The employer will ask you for your NI number, but you simply explain that you don't have one even so as you've only a moment ago arrived. They will issue you with a transient one and you will be stopped tax at emergency rate until you own your own number, but you can claim this back subsequent on. It's not a big deal. Employers are used to this - how several immigrants do you come up with there are surrounded by the UK? There's thousands.

You don't need to own a job to go and get a NI number. I was sent mine within the post when I was just about 16 - and I definitely wasn't working at that point. Not sure where on earth you have to stir, but you don't have to be working to draw from your number - good luck!! Hope you attain the job you want!

You dont have need of an NI number to get a undertaking - a prospective employer can rely on a series of other documents to prove you have a right to work contained by the UK - a list is available somewhere on here.
You should however cause an appointment with your local DSS department as soon as you arrive in writ to apply for the number
Before you get a work apply to the Inland Revenue for a National Insurance Number. Make sure you have your passport, birth qualification and any other paper work that you can lay your hand on that proves you are a British National by descent.
Job Centre Plus has no access to the National Insurance Database.
