I study and work at the same time. This company I work for, the boss is blurry with his instructions and other yell at his personnel when they make mistakes. He never have any management training of any class, he just have money and started his own business.

After I graduate from University, I won't have to concord with this within a real company, right? Because I really don't approaching getting yell at.
