Answers: If you're looking for a work from home JOB (not a home based business), there are lots of companies who hire for call center type positions. And don't listen to the nay-sayers who say work from home and telecommuting jobs are all scams or that there aren't real jobs. There are. You just have to know where to look and how to avoid the scams.
Do NOT pay for a list of jobs or pay to get a job. There are a few of the legitimate companies that, after you have qualified for the job, ask you to pay for a background check if you will be handling sensitive information like credit cards. It's usually $20-$30 and from legitimate companies is a legit fee to pay. Other than that, there is no reason or need to pay anything if you just want a job. Some of the call center jobs, you are an independent contractor (IC) and some you are an employee.
If you want to start a home based business, there will be fees involved and business expenses. There are many legit business opportunities out there in direct sales, multi-level and network marketing. There are great companies to work with, but having a business isn't for everyone.

The site below offers a money making system for free. They do want money to show a slew of systems. But I never gave him a dime. I just took his free system and used it. it makes money and is kind of fun. He gives this sytem for free to prove his other systems will work as well as intice you into buying. I work for a very economically known, especially large company contained by New Jersey. I made plans a year ago to be married in september. i enjoy four weeks vacation, and start this year, management contracted that there are too abundant people going on time off during the summer. These are our peak production months. They constraint that you use 40 hours of your vacation past May 1st and they want to know the dates you are taking NOW, and they want us to release 40 hours for December. I have 4 weeks. 3 of which I be going to take surrounded by September for my wedding to be precise already planned and paid for and 1 week within december when my kids are off from conservatory. They told me that I have to create other arrangements because it is mandatory that I schedule 40 hours BEFORE May. Can they bring in me take break and change celebratory plans. I have be with this company for 10 years and this is it? Mind you, we don't enjoy "sick days" when you or your kids are sick you need to use break, so you have to squirrel away for that! But they cannot lawfully force you to avail leave for a finicky period of their choice.
But no paperwork can refuse to give up leave when a creature is sick.
Report sickness when ever you want leave.

however some states do regulate benefits if they are offered,
most states do not. the company sets policy and can regulation policy. speak with running and explain you have a nuptial planned prior to the changes within vacation policy. after 10 years i would cogitate they could work with you, if you work near them.
contact your local dept of labor office to see what enforcement commotion they may be able to bear. don't be surprised if they tell you here is nothing they can do. this severely well and most expected is legal. this is adjectives based on you ruined under a contract. if you enjoy a contract this may or may not be allowed under it.

according to New Jersey's labor department website the one and only "fringe benefits" that are regulated are health benefits.
leave, holiday, sick pay are not covered by canon in

They must not realize that you nutty at the company is a bad entry for them.

I you work for a greatly large company ask your supervisor if you can speak next to his direct supervisor...this is important...supervisors win pissed when some goes over their skipper then up the manacle of command until you reach a correct settlement or the VP of Human Resources...do not demand anything...only just the facts and it help is you smile...
Remember they can do what ever they want...the just recourse you have is to sharpen up your resume'
