Answers: Look online for list of companies who are local to you, and G00GLE them to get an perception of what they're like.
Then, pick up the phone and obtain calling them. Only a terrible employer would turn down the oppertunity to settle to a person interested surrounded by working for them, so by calling stores/offices and asking for information, you'll get a honourable idea of the benefits of a place from someone who works at hand. You'll also get one over on the competition by getting access to potential vacancies formerly they're advertised!
Keep your mind unambiguous, and ask loads of questions, and you'll find the right oppertunity for you. Just cause sure that it's salaried well, and avoid anything down as "commission only"!
Good luck!
