I want to swap charge near my husband's. Am I thinking wierd?
I feel that the genus of job I am into, its more suitable to my husband's ability and needs. Each time I collaborate about it, he and I - we both perceive that "wish he be here instead of me..so he could make the maximum out of the opportunity plus bring better results".Simultaneously, when my husband parley about his livelihood, I feel that "option I was contained by his position. I could prove to be better".
His job requires information feeding + sale. My job requires sale + negotiation at each step.
I am more into computers ever since I started m ycareer. Sales is my aptitude.
My husband have always be into negotiating ( he loves negotiate about anything and everything). Travelling for Sales is his dream and die-hard yearning.
My first question is : Are we thinking of something unusual?

Answers: No matter how honest his job sounds, do not approach any employer with the swap theory. Employers want to hire/fire their own, and job swapping even inwardly a company is not only in danger of extinction but not considered a positive.
Your husband has the stable career so let that be. You should look for something contained by another company that is more resembling what he is doing. Once you get that type of position and are stable, then it is his turn.
