Pastry or culinary courses??
I'm 15 and im interested in becoming a pastry chef, and i love to cook I'm already known I burn for a bakery in my town and race will ask me to make cake and all that for them.I know i'm childlike but i would like to steal baking, decorating courses this summer. To swot up more, improve my skills anything that would be adjectives for the future.
so could you describe some places where they volunteer courses this summer 2008 in Quebec or Ontario. Please or anywhere else as a finishing resort.

Apply at every commercial bakery surrounded by your area and don't forget the supermarkets.
Earn while you cram is the only method to go.
If in attendance are classes in your institution, take them adjectives! Take some business classes too. It will all give support to in your trade!

What is the best route to determine your college leading / adjectives art?
I've already done 2 years at college with no hard to please field within mind (just knocking out my generals). Now I'm taking a break because I hold no direction. Any advice/tips/ideas?Answers: Write a list of adjectives the things that fascinate you within life...whether its a love of architecture, promotion, animals, business, government, museums, tablets, teaching, auto mechanics, etc. Take a residence off of college, and call race who do these jobs and ask if you can interview them something like what they do, how they like it, and how they know it was for them. Then ask if you can volunteer contained by some capacity for a week, or shadow them for a daytime.
Meanwhile, get a chunk time job doing anything.from hurried food to factory work, just to settle your own way for that occupancy. Pay your parents rent and buy your own food. After coming home with french fry grease on your frontage and a measly paycheck and having to struggle a bit, your mind will grasp focused! You will be back contained by college with a clear belief of what you want to do within the year.
Immerse yourself surrounded by as many different types of career job shadowing as you can. People would be glad to abet, many would be unbelievably flattered that you ask. And, it may help you draw from a job someday contained by the field of your interest!

What are your opinions on getting a job as a waiter...thinking about at applebees?
Answers: anyone can do it - pick a place that has high dollar items for tips and an easy menu to memorize cuz that will be the hardest part. Also pick the place that you would like to eat at the most cuz most places you will get to take stuff home with you at the end of the night.
appelbees is a good start - go in there and tell those a*holes you want a job!
