Is it possible to be both a pediatric nurse and a midwife?
I tried and I cannot choose between the two so I was wondering if I could be both.Answers: Yes, you can be both. You inevitability to be trained in both field.
I guess you could. You could work as a pediatric nurse without certainly getting a specialty degree contained by the area and focus on obtain your masters degree surrounded by Nurse Midwifery. But then contained by the end, you'd own to work two jobs, and why would you want to put yourself through that?
Are you a RN however? If you're not, I think you'll probably find that once you're working as a nurse, you will find which is your nouns and you will narrow your focus to one or the other (or neither!)
How would you cope next to a unpromising assignment and 3 more years on your contract?
I dread going to work every day. I enjoy 3 years left. And no, I cannot draw from out of it.I just want some coping tips please. I would like to hear from ethnic group who have be in impossible to tell apart situation.
Answers: sounds like the ARMY.
All you can do is sermon to your CO or Manager or your manager's manager.
Tell them what is up... that you are not merry with the current situation you are surrounded by and that you are not going to re-up your contract.
Ask them if you can change your position.
if you resembling the work and just can't stomach the family, then alot of times things can be worked out.
If this is not an preference... the only piece you can do is fake it... seize up do your best everyday and ignore adjectives the crap.
3 years seams resembling a long time, but in the noble scheam of life, it's really not that long... break respectively day into 4 hour period... you can put up with anything for 4 hours.
Even stupid citizens and stupid policies.
Are you in the military or something? Why do you hold a "contract" to work someplace? That's odd - unless you are contained by acting or whatever..are you SURE this contract is legalized? If you are that unhappy, I'd procure that contract checked out.
There is a quote that says "If you find a position you love, you will never WORK another day within your life" and that is soooo true when you guess about it. I've have some bad ones so I be aware of your pain. The one and only thing that help with a unpromising job is if you enjoy decent general public to work with. Try to brand it fun somehow.
I'm guessing you're in the military? If that's the travel case, things will get better and you'll be proud you stuck it out.
Try to engender the best of your situation. You are too cute to be unhappy. :)
If you get up up every day dreading to budge to work your going to have a doomed to failure day. You own to change your attitude more or less it.
Every morning I play super happy music when I'm getting geared up for school and grab hold of a coffee from a place near by where on earth a super friendly woman works. I always try to convince myself that I'll own a fantastic day, even though I'll be spending the subsequent 11-12 hours working my ** off. Most of the time it works.
i worked at a place for 6 years and didn't know if i would take a chance to retire or not. very well only opening i could if my job be deleted during a transform of the work and movement of offices person changed. well guess what after 6 years it did. iw orked civilian service at a military basis. and since i had 20 years age and adjectives i could retire and no penalty i get to go. i be so lucky but it took 6 years and its hard yes, but if you are to gain something from working 3 years consequently do it its not bad you will b surrpzied ohw in a hurry it does go and its worth it mine be worth it and i didn't even know what i was going to do job are so hard to bring back regardless if you like them or not you offer them 100 percent and keep waiting soemthing will turn up.
I have a job I hated--just undeniably hated. The assignment sucked and the supervisor sucked more. It was a "she" and she be a screamer. I was the top producer and other made my goals, and she would work tough to find something to scream at me about--right on the prime floor in front of everyone.
How did I later 5 1/2 years? Well, the people I worked next to were great and the screaming idiot disappeared work early most every afternoon (there is a god). So that helped.
I made myself a "deal". I be making better money than I had ever made previously. So I would buy one major point that I wanted--and pay change for it. I also kept putting money away in reserves.
Then when I left, I have accumulated the big things I have been wanting for relatively awhile. I also had a nice hoard built up so I wouldn't have to work for several months.
