H&M job interview for a cash office manager..What kind of questions will be asked on 1st interview?
Answers: 1. Match the energy of the people who interview you. If they are up..then match it. People hire people like themselves.
2. Hiring is all about solving problems...ask them what are the problems that will be solved by hiring for this role.OR what are their biggest problems.
3. Tell then how you can solve these problems with your experience, training etc.
4. Close them. this means asking the tough question to find what they are thing about. "Do you have any concerns about my ability to do this job": If they I wish you had XYZ.address their concerns.. If you don't know XYZ...then tell them that you are a fast learner. If they say that they have no concerns...your are done! ask "what are the next steps"?
If they ask if you have any questions say Yes!
a good one"Why did you choose to work at this company"
Also if they offer you a coffee or water take it...even if you don't want to drink.it helps to break the ice...
Lastly remember you are interviewing the company to see if they are worthy of you.relax..be yourself.
Good Luck!
Why did you leave your last job, how would you handle a situation in which the money keeps coming up short, that kind of thing.
Good luck.
Work experience?
why is it that when your trying to get your first available job most places wont hire you because of lack of work experence? i stingy u have 2 start somewhere right? why dont ppl take that?Answers: It is usually that way when it is an employer market. What that method is that they can be choosy.
Where I work, it's an employee's market. We enjoy the power. Since we are needed and hard to be replaced, they purloin care of us.
You also should consider, near are people who own been surrounded by the military. They may have experience within a certain opening. Between you and them, they are the ones that are hired first.
But just hang on to trying. Eventually you will find someone who will hire you. It may not be in your choice of employment, but as long as you attain a start somewhere, you can always move into different positions until you gain what you want in the fall.
:)
Don't forget to mention any thing you might own done, like babysitting, or meadow mowing to earn money. Mention things like university clubs etc. Always smile and say that you want to work, you are reliable, and you revise fast..A fitting friendly personality can environment you a job..I get my first job because I have neat handwriting on my application.
Where do i find the best formats for business resumes?
i just obtain my bachelors in business authority and wanted to apply for job. i looked online at some sample resumes, but could not really find great formats for business that i could purely fill information into. does anyone know a really great free site for that?Answers: Besides setting adjectives margins to 1", the most important criteria for setting up a professional resume besides relevant set book, is "scanability." Here are some helpful tips:
1. Place in recent times below your identification header [your hame, address, phone, email address] any Conditional Warning Statement such as "Confidential Resume,"Do Not Contact Current Employer," etc.
2. Always fill-in an Objectives category [just below the Conditional Warning Statement] and produce sure that he Objective will contribute to the profitability of your future employer;
3. Select a mono-type font such as Helvetica, Arial, Courier or Times Roman; do not select any cursive handwriting styles which cannot scan;
4. Keep font sizes within a length of 10 to 12 pts.;
5. Avoid styling text beside a justified alignment, save it flushed left;
6. Instead of using tab to set up blocked text entries, generate a table and use the column and row settings fittingly;
7. Do not place an i.d. picture anywhere on the resume, this is a major taboo due to nouns issues;
8. Do not place any graphic course book [saved as .gifs] onto the resume since it may be overlooked during the scanning phase;
9. List at the especially end of the resume your interests which should include travel experiences, argot skills, social interactions such as golf, team sports, tennis, etc.
In conclusion, the above informative hints were designed to allow glibness of scanning of your resume into PDF which can afterwards be text capture for seach purposes by your potential employer. If the original resume be created in Word, WordPerfect or Mac Appleworks, it can be Saved As a PDF report which then can be save as an email attachment. Otherwise, you can simply use a scanner and scan a hard copy of the resume and after save as a PDF report.
Failure to conform the resume to appropriate fonts and styles as outlined above will result in rejection of the resume simply due to the inability of the scan device to properly index relevant resume entries.
Good luck!
Microsoft word has great formats to use.
