What does this propose?

I received a flyer for Student Work at my college campus and it says "$15.00 base-appt"
and afterwards flexible hours, fun atmosphere, explaining the job, etc.What does the "$15.00 base-appt" indicate?


Answers: That's the base clear per appointment you set up with a client. You won't be remunerated by the hour but by the result, like a commission. The situation is probably to sell products similar to a door-to-door salesman or cold caller.

Education: December 2007 - BS Economics from Colorado School of Mines


Answers: Put the CSM stuff at the top. Make a couple of bullet points that will show what skills you developed in attendance before you bring back into all the detail.

All the troop playing, communicative, hard working, correct boy stuff should probably be removed since it's just an view from someone they don't know.

I'm sure you're a good mason but I haven't see any adds for brick lay economists lately.

Finally, focus on your audience. Find out who you want to work for and what they would be looking for.
You have great info!! Now it is roughly speaking the packaging. You want to try to put it adjectives on one page because most employers freshly want to scan to see who you are.
Put any job related employment on at hand too.
There are several great web sites that can lend a hand plus books as well.
If necesssary, you can also use any copy places close to Kinko's etc.

All the bullet points are fluffy crap. Why don't you donate a bullet that says "I'm the lord Jesus Christ". You detail me how great your are but you don't prove it to me with any details or existing world examples of any of your greatness. HR people see plentifully of resumes and can spot bs a mile away.

I liked the bit where you described valid world experience working with the Iraqi senate and the sensor stuff. I'd make this passage more concise and add more industry buzz words for the types of companies you are applying to. In massive corporations, most resumes are never read by a human, but are scanned by a computer for indubitable words and phrases. The HR personnel will read the resumes that pass the computer scan.

I recommend building a portfolio of your work and posting it on the internet and providing the contact on your resume. If your power points for the Iraq government are honourable posted them to your online portfolio, that way the can see that you own presentation skills/hard worker/can use MS Office/etc.

Get rid of the karate stuff, peer tutoring, brick laying, librarian, or anything that doesn't apply to the employment you are applying for (Unless you're applying to be a librarian). There is no rule that says your resume have to a set length, just produce sure it shows the HR person how obedient you can do the job they hire you for minus all the fluff.

Just my $0.02, but the bullet points at the top are crap.
