What should i do?
I went to interview on jan 12 and she said she will tolerate me know by end of subsequent week the week of jan 19. I emailed her on the second on Monday and no response then emailed again on second week on Wednesday no foundation should I just offer up and not even call and assume they hired someone else. This is a small company have only 6 ancestors in organization and they were within process of a lot of interviews for other position too. Why won't she nickname or email me to update. so I did call her today and I ruminate I catched her and she was approaching sorry I got ur email but be off ending weeks and we are so busy. We still have not settle on so will tell you know when we do agree on and we will mail. What does that close-fisted?Answers: She means that they're so overworked they haven't have time to sit down together and decide.
Sounds to me approaching they aren't worthy of you,they dont seem to know what they are doing,or consideration.
Why dont you look for another job
It sounds similar to they haven't finished hiring yet. Why don't you walk in individual and check it out?
I've worked in an department with 8 staff and have to do recruitment. We get a lot more applications than we be expecting, so we were describing people we'd acquire back to them at the ruin of the week and in the run out it took us 3wks longer than expected! It doesn't mean they're fobbing you stale. With a small office though it's harder to put more culture on to help beside the workload. Keep in touch, keep hold of your name freshin their minds and hopefully it'll repay off!

What you got be almost a blow-off. She wasn't expecting it to be you on the phone or she likely would not own picked up the phone. I wouldn't try calling again.
Revisit some of your other applications you sent out (you didn't bank simply on this one, I hope; you should always hold on to applying even when you have an interview you contemplate will lead to a "sure bet" chore offer).
Also, and this is not meant to be niggardly at all, you should work on your sentence structure skills. Get a book from the library. Make time for this because it will get you a much better opening if you're able to communicate clearly next to people.

i be in the army and get a medical discharge. i got put a bet on home and when i put that i was contained by the military it turns a lot of head when they look for hard working ethnic group. i stressed out myself too, my first job after i get back be at a home improvement store selling doors. afterwards i went to an auto center and worked on cars both job were for short period of time. now i work contained by a high voltage carrying out tests lab one of the very intensely few that are certified in the us. put on that app that you be in the military and youll win the job, at least possible i did.
oh also you should have some benefits after you get hold of out call up military onesource they remuneration for up to 6 appointments with a counselor. i used it i have some emotional problems myself particularly get that taken protection of

I am a 100% sevice connected disabled veteran. First article to do is make sure it is documented on your medical discharge that you hold PTSD. Second ,go to the VA bureau in your county and apply for disablity. you don't hold to wait any given time and when you finally seize it, it will be retroactive to the day you file your claim. Social Security is another issue. I'm not positive, but I thin you own to be unemployed for six months to apply. Foor Social Security I would hire a advocate. Find a good one contained by your area that just collects if he wins your valise. You do not pay him, Social surety pays him out of your payment. You do not call for a lawyer for the VA, because the American Legion act as your advocate for free. Also, don't transport no for an answer from the VA. Keep appealing if you have to.

I would see your local VA hospital for an outpatient mental robustness assessment. This is a serious condition that can be eased beside proper treatment. If you have private insurance you can other look for a mental health specialist contained by that area to assist you. Many VA services have forgiving advocates to direct you to the correct people for treatment.

Rejected on my first errand interview..?
yesterday i went for my first living interview and the person who interviewd me be talking to me as though he be impressed with my diploma and that i fit the job so capably,etc etc .though today i came to know i be rejected.what could be the problem?Answers: It may not necessarily be you, but you weren't the first choice. Keep in mind that when a position is posted, hundreds of responses will come contained by. You can always ask for feedback, but you won't necessarily capture it. Go through mock interviews and ace those. When the real ones come, you'll be a unprocessed.
I agree with Randy, I've conducted hundreds of interviews and be nice to a lot of culture who were appalling. But it doesn't sound close to that's you in this armour. You may well be overqualified, or someone else newly pipped you to it. Theres no harm within calling to ask.
