I'm considering going into partnership next to someone I own lone prearranged for six months.?
He invited me join him on a unmarked business venture, no financial outlay, except I would have to endow with up my job. Initially I be quet excited about the thought, now my chief is saying run for it, but, my gut is saying no. I know we are suppoed to move about on gut feelings, but I enjoy to admit to anyone totally stuck on this. Any advice?Answers: Nothing venture, nothing gain. BUT... don't do it in a partnership. Form an LLC. That will make a contribution you some protection against the guy running up a lot of debt that you gain stuck with. With an LLC you would lone lose the assets owned by the company and they could not come after everything you own.
I did, and it went egg shaped. I almost lost everything and but for have thousands of pounds in equity on this house so man able to take a second mortgage, I would have be bankrupt.
Be remarkably very mean... you as a partner are still responsible for half of the debts and if you are the simply one with assets you are liable for the lot.

You do realize you are jointly liable for any debts the company runs up. If he runs up big debts-- you salary 50%. If unable to rate debts, you go ruined, you lose you house, car etc to recompense off debts.
Get a really okay written deed of partnership. You dont inevitability one in law-- but if it does not work out, you will be glad you have one. See a solicitor who specialises in this sort of article.

I agree near the otther guy: make it a Ltd co and find it all drawn up justifiably. They didn't mind because it was one and only a temp job, I gone same as any other temp at the end.
Technically no company is allowed to not hire you specifically because you are pregnant. It is against the statute. But it is not against the law for them to bequeath some other reason for not hiring you. And it's strong to prove that that reason isn't the purpose.
The best I can tell you is to apply to job you are qualified for. Not just any elderly job, but a commission that you have experience within or skills. You would have a better accident proving yourself than for something you've never done before. And you consequently would most likely own good reference. Also, reach out to your see: family, friends, olden co-workers. They may know of positions that are open that would be flawless for you.
