i work in mentally exhuasting enviroment and ive be having chest pains from the stress of a co worker. I want to newly up and quit but im having a intricate time finding a job, I purely want the unemployment till i find another position because im going to stir crazy if i stay at my current job.Answers: if you can't work for a medical justification you would have to prove that it is an actual medical problem, after you might be able to collect disability.
Everyone get stressed at work, they will not give you laying-off for this.
