Careers Employment Questions and Answers

Job at Charlotte Russe?

What is there dress code, are you allowed to hold facial piercings? What questions do they ask during the interview? I achieve very easily upset so what are some of the right answers to say?

Answers: Dress code: heels or flats; no tennis shoes, no flip flops. 3 pieces of jewelry (nobody really checks though). Cute clothes that copy the style of the store.

Facial piercings? One of my current coworkers has a antenna ring and another girl I used to work with have CHEEK piercings!! It was chance. She also had a collar piercing and tons of ear ones. That was a while ago though. Nose and eyebrow piercings should be fine, but lift them off when u step to the interiew just contained by case.

Interview Qs: I'm sure it differs a bit for respectively manager, but mine be a group interview of about 9 girls. She asked us common Qs about why we want to work at Charlotte Russe (I said it's bc I love craze and I would love to be working in an environment where on earth I could learn more roughly it). She also asked about a flaw we own (some girls said they were mode of shy and didn't talk to strangers much... I looked at them close to they were idiots. It's retail!!) and she also asked something like our long term job goals. Just remember to smile plentifully and look perky!!
I haven't worked there one-sidedly, but I have shopped at hand before. I enjoy never seen anyone beside facial piercing and most companies don't allow that since you deal alot beside the public. My friend was even turned down for a errand at a low-end sports bar because she have her eyebrow pierced. As far as what they ask in the interview, most places ask like basic question. "What is your experience? How would you handle this situation? What is your availability? What are your strengths and weakness? " Try to give apt examples of how and why you would be a good hand and always appear confident. If you seem troubled, it can always be misunderstood as a unenthusiastic towards how you would be as an employee. Good luck!

I Need guidance in the region of a situation that I own resigned from?

I have resigned from my available job pending a disciplinary audible range for swearing in conversation to a colleague and a customer hear me. When I apply for a new available job will my ex employer be allowed to put this is in the hint?

Answers: Do you want to list your ex employer as a quotation..I wouldn't. Find someone who will give you a worthy reference..Make sense?
Recruiter typically checks suggestion to verify tenure of employment, title, scope of responsibility etc. However, at hand may be deeper questions. As long as the question are not driven by discriminatory motive, I think your ex-employer is not subject to any restriction on providing your "history" at the firm.

Good luck.
Depends on the state your are within, this is controlled by state law. The hollow majority of states do not allow anything beyond dates worked, title, and sometimes pay or salary catalogue. Some states, like Illinois, let supervisors say anything as long as the supervisor believes it is true.

Good word is that if your company has office in multiple states they will turn by the most restrictive law for a insinuation.

Even if your state law allows any type of citation, you can control that by being hard-working who you list on applications. For example if your instant supervisor/boss may cause you trouble, do not account his/her name. Most force work for a variety of race at all times, so you may know how to indicate others you worked for or that you worked for a variety of folks. Another idea is to single list the phone number of the HR department on applications. HR populace tend to be the most careful surrounded by what they say nearly former employees, even when they do not hold to be.

Remember when asked 'why you quit' to have a fitting reason approaching 'to look for a better opportunity'. Good luck.
For one thing you're not guilty of **! as long as the customer aint bitchin, for another How's the colleagues rep, and can it be proved? ** that! Its bullshit, and I bet neither bring a mention of it if they dont want to run to the mattress
