They enjoy 5 different programs (ranging in level of independence), but sounds like you would want to be an FA compensated by them - like a regular member of staff.
It doesn't take much to work for them. Go through their interview process and you will be offered a chore. Then come up with the money to appropriate the NASD/Insurance exams which will be about $1500 depending on which state you are within. Once you pass those, they will impart you a signon bonus to offset those costs. From near you are on a salary/draw structure.
It's not the best company to work for. I used to work for them and it's basically where on earth a ton of college grads are hired and then they confer on.

You are entitled to two 15 minute breaks, but you might want to check the labor laws contained by NY because it is sometimes the employers choice and not against the decree.
I work 5 hours a day and achieve two 15 minute breaks I am in IN.

No. Not unless you work six hours or more. And if you work more than six hours...all along break than depends on what part of the hours of daylight and your occupation.
However I know of some companies that provide breaks for as little as 4 hours of working time...but that's just their policy.
