Who do I use for a citation after working for a temp agency?
I worked one assignment, through a temp agency, for about 6 months, afterwards left due to an ongoing weakness that left me incapable of coming to work. I'm premonition better now, and starting to look around for leisure work. I had a biddable relationship with my undertaking supervisor, who was intensely understanding almost me feeling sick. But the temp agency be not happy near me- even though my assignment had gone on much longer than originally planned and I have satisfied the initial agreement. The position the temp agency took be that I should call them as soon as I feel better so they could put me back to work for them. I'd a bit just look on my own immediately because I did not like dealing beside them.So when I need to roll job history and reference, do I list the temp agency or the company I be working for? I'm a little restless about any one of them finding out I'm looking for work again.
Answers: Best answer here is that everyone needs to be developing a detail of references as they work... If you work near or for anyone who expresses appreciation for the quality of your work, ask them if they would mind your mentioning them as a work quotation, and keep a long index.
If one fails to do that, after the reality one can try to remember who you have worked next to and for, and ask them if they would be averse to giving you a good citation.
In general it is not clever to offer a signature as a reference if that character will not give a pious report of you. Sparsity of references can be taken to anticipate you do not interact with ethnic group, did not keep track of who might confer you a good insinuation. But a bad insinuation leaves no doubt.
Maybe sermon to your supervisor at the actual place you worked. If you two got along later that would be your best bet.

That is a Cerified Nurse's assistant. I don't know if the hospitals have them, but i do know nursing home does.

Answers: Just by looking at your immense experience and education, I hold to wonder what your Resume looks like. Do you own all of this on your Resume? If so, cut it down, and basically stick to experience that relates to the position you are applying for. Employers don't have the time or vitality to sift through information that is not relevant to the position they are seeking. Still DO keep hold of the information about the exclusive rights, wrestling, Album in your Resume, but not below Employment - put it under "Other Activities", or "Hobbies". Good luck!
Perhaps it is your presentation. The above threw me when I looked at it. When I hold a pile of resumes, I want to be able to peep at the resume and have a flavor for the creature. The first two lines say plan. The other nonsense, why are you sharing? Does it really situation?
Stay focused on what you are selling and what they want to buy. Engineer, it should be all almost engineering and your understanding of such. Teaching, do duplicate. None of this has anything to do next to music and wrestling. Stay focused in the topic.

Clearly it is your resume. Your solitary skills are in MS department? WTF do those %'s mean?
It does not even indicate what type of livelihood you are applying for.
You don't say where on earth you are. Location is paramount. If you are a teacher and looking to move to another corral. Use your Eng. Degree and math skills to segue into another field. For instance. I hire math majors for contracts we hold with the Census Bureau. Since they do lots of demographics and play beside numbers...math majors are important.
Mech Eng. would allow you to work virtually anywhere you want to be in motion. Look into the big major companies. Teaching skills to Adults within learning environments would also be a devout fit for you. Not schools...a bit corporate learning. I would kind several resumes that focus on using those particular skills later plaster on Monster to see what sticks.
Government is great place to look too. You will be fine...but I agree with the others...your resume is diverted...also delete music stuff...I don't see that as anything but "hobby" Good Luck
