A person near ambitions is more likely to work harder.

Answers: It would be so nice to see such a diversity of people on television, movies and music. Unfortunately, studios, producers, etc. prefer skinny (size 0 to 2 max) actresses. Like the other previous poster mentioned, it is so rare to see a plus sized woman or a healthy looking woman on television these days. If there are, she is not a leading character or object of desire on the show.

but i think what it really comes down to is talent
I think that its a lot easier to get acting jobs as a skinny person, theres not a lot of roles for bigger people out there. Producers usually want their actors to be really attractive so more people watch the show. If the role is for a bigger person, its often to make fun of them. (like Ugly Betty.)
