Best By Interview?
So I just get called rear for an interview for Best Buy.I REALLY need this charge, so what kind of question do u think i will carry from them. Any help would be amazing. Preperation is the switch ;)
Answers: BestBuy prides themselves on only hiring the "best of the best", their drastically elitist in that respect. When I had my interview (and yes, I passed it and be hired) they asked me what I felt my personal strengths be, what I felt my weakness' be, how I would react surrounded by different hypothetical situations regarding customers. Things resembling that.
They're looking for extremely energetic, positive associates who think "outside the box" and delight in contributing to a team. Stress your ethicalness and be prepared for question about breaking and entering and what would you do if you knew a fellow member of staff was stealing something (even as small as a candy bar) because their LP sucks and member of staff theft is a particularly big problem in the company.
But be warn, if you're going to work at BestBuy you have to be equipped to play the popularity game. Its worse than glorious school surrounded by that regard.

Could you please give me some power point presentation to motivate my sales & marketing team?
Answers: Power point. .. Like you need VISUAL aides to demonstrate how to ASK for the SALE? Build relationships? Setting GOALS? Your team is a direct reflection of you, right? Some companies think that top producers make great sales managers because of your track record. IS this really where you saw yourself? Rally the troops? Lead by example, and please, please, offer trouble shooting regarding clients that are pulling down a sales staff member. I think one on one consultations work great the first part of the year to get fired up, and clean out past bad habits, and set goals on an individual and territory basis (or % min. increase).
Now for your presentation for the crew. Round table concerns, keeping the bitching and complaining to one per person, and that you will ATTACK their concerns. All companies have problems, whether it's customer service, delivery, quality control, or even upper management indifference. You are on your teams side, and do what it takes to make your company backable. Sorry so long, 10 years in B2B outside sales, and my bosses were clueless.
It may sound picky, but you cannot motivate others. That is, influence people to behave contrary to their current mindset. Motivation can only come from within and that is why it comes from the same roots as the word "motive".
Before you can escalate their performance, you need to discover why they aren't at that level already and if they are willing to help you do it. If you don't have good motives, you won't have any cooperation.
Start with the company's mission statement and discuss how it relates to each department's objectives and if any, or all three, need to be updated. As you continually turn back toward the company it will seem less like a personal agenda.
Like a chess game, we all begin with the same pieces. It's how they are manipulated that makes the difference. Good Luck.

Pedro...
Answers: there is no directive that holds a job while on Workman's comp contrary to popular belief, they are underneath no obligation to permit you work, your fight is very soon with in that insurance carrier not the company
This depends... be the injury/accident due to negligence on your part. If so, you may own committed a work rule violation, which can subject you to termination. Are you trying to return to work next to restrictions? If so, your company may not offer restricted work. If the injury be due to negligence on the company's part (faulty equipment, poor assignment rotation, repetitive work, etc.) it would seem to be a worker's compensation claim.
First step is to nickname Human Resources for a status on your employment. Find out if you are terminated or out on leave and next follow-up as appropriate.
