Getting a Job after mortal within Jail...?

I have a friend that’s be in sentence to prison for about a year. He have since come home and has found it difficult to find a mission of any sort he isn’t being picky – merely wants to win his foot in the door. He be in reformatory for being surrounded by a house with artillery and other minor run ins with police which cost him to be put surrounded by jail for a year.

Now he is trying to receive his life spinal column in proclaim - he is only 22 and he still have his whole duration a head of him. He is becoming exceedingly discouraged because he can’t find work. He understands that it won’t be smooth but he really wants to put his enthusiasm in establish since he has be home for almost 3 months now.

Any direction or places that will hire someone that’s recently be in sentence to prison? He is located in the Washington DC nouns...

Answers: When I worked at the dept. of labor, we had a process call bonding, where a company get insurance for hiring ex-offenders. I'm not sure if they have this surrounded by DC but I know they have it within many states. The state pays for employer to hire ex-offenders because they want them to work rather than jump commit more crimes. Just do a search for bonding programs or contact the DC labor/employment organization.
What kind of background/experience does he own? Does he like chitchat to and/or listening to ethnic group? Is he believable? Is he interested in a demanding thing approaching health, woodworking, nouns, etc?

This makes me ponder of someone. 15 years ago, he flew drugs over the border. After 3-4 years of it, he decided that he didn't want to do it anymore. He get out of the business. He ultimately got married, bought a house/car, have children, and then, when vivacity was appropriate - here come the cops. BUSTED - and he spent time in young offenders` institution for his younger indiscretions.

Now, he is very flourishing - as a network marketer. He didn't own to go subsidise and explain 'why' he was locked up - he had changed since those days, and society he knew very soon, and has met since, like him - and trusted him.

In other words, your friend can take charge of his own adjectives in grating marketing. No background checks. Good luck to you both!
If he have a parole officer, it may be a route to pursue as well.

What is a good job, where you work in an office environment, where a suit and make good money?

Answers: Hi ky b,

As pointed out earlier, the question does seem quite vague. However, I have tried my best to answer it as precisely as your vague question allows. Here goes:

I think you're looking for what is known as a 'white collar' job. These can be found in any company, as most companies have some kind of office where administrative/accouting/other work of the like is carried out. That is quite a general view.

However, if you wish to specialize, then you can know where you are heading... for example, if all u want to do is work in an office, you can strive to become an office manager! If insurance is ur thing (mind u, they pay reaalllll good for demanding jobs!), aim to become an actuary/underwriter, etc. If investments are more ur thing, then aim to be an analyst, hedge/mutual fund manager, etc (again the pay scales here are often mind-boggling). Or if law is ur spectrum, look at ways to get qualified, and move into the realm... (lawyers are often paid outrageously, and so are those in pinnacle of the medical field)
As you can see from my above examples, u would need to be certain of 3 things:
1). Set urself an aim - where/who do u want to b in 5-10 years' time? And strive ur best to achieve it... don't wander off, just bcoz u saw something else equally enticing!
2). Is pay/salary the only initiative u r luking for? What about working hours? Location?
3). Are u determined/persistent enough? Nobody gets to the top easy... they claw their way up... r u upto d task?

The rest is in ur hands... how u make use of the opportunities available... etc. help is always available. You'd have to make d choices, and take d steps urself.

Good luck, mate!

Cheerio.
That's an extremely broad question. You just described about 30% of jobs in America.

Hedge fund manager, insurance agent, real estate broker, human resources, accounting, customer service, etc...

I think you should narrow your interests then refine that question.
Well if you want that kind of job you need to know how to spell first. It's wear a suit, not where a suit...

UK one and only...do first aiders at work return with rewarded?

is there any legislation to confirm this? at the moment i am not man paid for this extra responsibility...do my employer have to retribution me??

Answers: I think it depends on the employer as to whether you do or do not carry paid. Some colossal organisations may well do but smaller companies don`t, resourcefully the one I was first aider ta didn`t.
They don't hold to. Some do, some don't.

Think of it like this. If you're working as a First Aider, you sort of go and get time off your other responsibilities to do First Aid.
I be a first aider at my Company and you don't get rewarded extra. My Company paid for my course beside St John Ambulance - First Aid at the Work Place. I think it would probably be down to your employer if you grasp extra pay.
