How do I pass by an interview beside Chicago Grill's Pizzaria Uno?
Hi I have an interview today and I'am applying as a server and I hold been on interviews at Red Lobster and TGI Fridays. Both said I couldn't do it. The writing part of a set was fine but the facade to face interview, they told me that I did not offer them the right information they wanted to hear. Did anyone work at Pizzaria Uno's? And as a server if so please explain to me what you said to get the position or how the process went, im surrounded by dire need of a charge. Please. Thank you.Answers: If you do not have the skills that they are loOKing for, it is plausible that you wouldn't mesh well beside the environment at the job. It would be luckless for you AND management as powerfully as other co-workers if you worked there, and you weren't the right fit. Rather than relate them what you think they want to hear, you should be yourself and if you don't draw from the job, it ok. Just find another place where on earth you DO fit. Talk to a job counselor and find out where on earth you would do best. Its well worth it.
The terrible truth is this position could be filled by anyone. Any in the middle intelligent person can be trained to continue tables. Therefore employer hire mostly on personality. Sure experience give you mega points, but I'm sure they have plentiful competent employees already and are inquiring for the right person. Servers are the obverse and personality of a restaurant. Be perky, alert, positive, longing for to please, neat, cleaned and okay groomed. Pretend your interviewer is your 1st customer, They want to know if you can be all those things even within the face of stress and pressure, as one might find on a Friday dark when you have more table than you can handle (cuz it will come about, it's about how will you contract with it) or during an interview. Make sure your diary isn't difficult for them, say your unambiguous anytime then you can relocate things later. also heres a few nobrainers ~ Be on the dot ~ don't bring your kids ~ don't be drunk ~ don't smoke ~ turn your cell phone off ~ if ya hold it, use it ~ definitely do not be shy!
