Am 40 and suddenly feel as if i have done nothing lots of experiences career at 40 is it possible?
Answers: Absolutely, I am nearly 62 and started a new career only a few years ago. In fact in my early 40's I was made redundant from a business that I had work at for 20 years.
Now I have my own business working from home, in partnership with a fantastic company who go out of their way to ensure I am successful.
It is said that a formal education will make you a living but self education will make you a fortune, now if you have lots of experiences, some will no doubt be good but some could be bad, you will have learnt a lot and that is self education, so now is the time to think about a change.

Answers: You can not self-apply for a H1-B Visa. A company MUST sponsor you. Additionally, the visa is only for consistent speciality professions.
I do not want to be a naysayer, but your quest within this would be less than fruitful. Best entity to do would be to seek companies that do sponsor individuals. You should do this somewhat soon as only so frequent H1-B Visa's are given each year... typically Jan - April.

You see, I am not quite mature enough to gain a job but Iam not some little kid! My parents purely said that when I grt $2400.00 ( Whick is enough for my boarding for a year + extras ) I might know how to get a horse. I have need of some ways that I can though. I have a busy Schedule as ably.I don't have currently free for this much time:
Monday - 1 hour
Tuesday - 1/2 hour
Wednesday - 1 hour
and it gets depressing at around 4:30 pm around here in the winter ( it is winter ) and I enjoy to have supper too.
What do you deduce I should do. I want to get this amount of money contained by 1 year.

Answers: Ohh, i can give a hand here.
*Well, try dog walking, and put up fliers around the neighborhood. When i walked ( something like half an hour a day) i get $21 dollars a week, and that really mounts up, And your even getting yourself fit!
I did a half hour wander for 3 bucks, but you can get alot more, possibly up to $5 dollars a walk. As i said, it really mounts up if you tramp a few at the same time!
*Use your talent and put them to use! Say if your good at pottery, you can trademark some bits and peices and sell them. IF your polite at cooking have a cook sale. If your moral at making cards, make cards after sell them!
* Babysit. Maybe around 8 bucks an hour.
* Garage Sales are really good route of getting money quick!
