Make sure you smile often and look the interviewer surrounded by the eye at all times. If you're stuck on a cross-examine, ask them to repeat it to buy yourself time. Dress for the workplace you're being interviewed for - and be sure to do some homework on what they do!
No event where you move about, employers good point presentation, organisation and communication skills above all. Stay legitimate and true to yourself but don't play out like you're here to solve all their problems any. It's ok to be nervous - it shows you're human, but umming and aaahing shows shortage of confidence - and that's no good when you're dealing near customer's face to obverse!!
Best of luck!
How to imrove my sale surrounded by my restaurant?
my sales have been fairly bad, i work surrounded by a jap fast food restauant and i defectively want to improve my sale.how?Answers: Need more details. How long have sale been fruitless? Did anything significant change next to your business/area that precipitated the drop in business?
Is business worse at lunch than dinner? If so enjoy you considered dropping the price of lunch? Or creating some other specials?
What do you do to advertise? Have you put out flyers? Ads surrounded by newspapers?
What roughly your prices? Have you looked at your competitor's menu prices to see if you are out of line?
ask the customers and local inhabitants what they think of the food and the place, ect. ..
Figure out where on earth your customers have gone. Is their a better, nower place around.
if the food is rubbish, afterwards improve it. reorganize the food.
Ect, ect, ect,
try some special offers,
Chase unsullied business, lunch time food, businesses in the local nouns, offer them lunch time food sample or something. Target new business opps.
But find out why the business have lost sales.
Is it the poor customer service, location, price, product...
The sale of any restaurant depends on factors such as:
Location: if your restaurant is not located at a prime spot, invest more surrounded by advertising/ marketing; if business gettin worse then shut d shop n initiate a new restaurant at a better place, which wud emphatically require a better financer as well.
Food/ Beverage level: If d food n beverage of a restaurant lacks lustre or is juz not tasty or consumable enuf due to the discouraging chefs/ bartenders, then any train them, motivate them to do better usin various technique; for eg. train them wid a nice bonus on side; but if zero +ve results, after plain sack them n look out for better staff with a knack for innovative food/ beverage production (consumable n appreciative enuf!).
Service style: And the service power matters too. Makeovers including better uniform, makeup, service style from stiff french/ silver style to a friendly american preplated one can do wonders!
Value-For-Money: One of the biggest factors!!
Food portion size & its effectiveness shud b fair n square; if not d restaurant wud end up stickin out as an overpriced food outlet; if it is a fiesta priced restaurant wid appropriate ambience, food, beverage, service etc it wud attract good word -by -mouth publicity by the customers as in good health.
Hygiene: Make sure the hygiene stds r followed as per HACCP etc.
Refurbishment: Change the look of the restaurant. The menu. Curtains. Glassware. Invest in these things to prop up the sale of the restaurant.
Advertisin, marketing a gr8 idea ofcourse too.
Long answer I know, hope it didnt bore ya dude!
hype is very far-reaching, make it simple but creative, or you can travel to sales workshops or training you can obtain on 88db, it helps businesses to increase productivity and up their profits

It very much depends on the interviewer. You might get asked things like this:
What qualities can you bring to the job?
Why do you want the job?
Are you flexible with working patterns?
You might also be given scenarios to answer about certain situations. Like:
What would you do if a patient complained about another member of staff?
Other than that the questions will probably be much the same as any other interview. Good luck!
