Job applications booboo?

Here is my situation: there is this company I am ever especially very interested surrounded by working for. I applied but apparently sent the wrong file through Internet. But the item is it had the nickname of another company I applied to.

I immediately re-sent the updated profile, which is good one. Would the HR be raise their eyebrows? I feel confident though next to my skills and experience, but that mistake was really 'newbish'.

Answers: I would bring to the fore my eyebrows to that. If you were extremely skilled I would probably overlook it, but did you write an oops sorry.
At this point, adjectives you can do is hopw.. that's the bad entity about mortal in the middle of a hot and cumbersome job turn upside down... you apply to so many places, you almost forget which ones. And next to remember to "save as" over it all. I preference you luck.. If I were the HR human being, tho, I migh think it be a rookie mistake, and it would make me make higher my eyebrows.

Did you get your first job at your first attempt?

Answers: yes

I got hired on the spot
Yes, it was at McDonald's, although my uncle was the owner, so..

However, that was 11 years ago, and I have NOT gotten every job I've applied for since.

Keep at it!

Careers for the utterly shy?

Don't have a clue of what job to get into. Retail is a nightmare

Answers: Become a bookeeper or an accountant, if you can afford to budge to college. My former brother-in-law had a progressively severe crust of social anxiety. He ended up working for a small accounting firm. The owner worked next to the clients and passed the paperwork on to my BIL. He loved working by himself.
awww, I'm sorry to hear your so shy. Maybe you can get a post doing night stock at a grocery store or Wal*mart or something close to that. Not too many nation are out in the middle of the darkness. (At least not as masses as there are during the daylight.) Maybe even third shift factory work. I mean your going to hvae to settle to some people, but I've notice that shifts are often times smaller on third.

But you should really try to work on your shyness, little by little. Once you carry out there, you should be aware of more comfortable.

Good luck to you!
