I understand that in attendance are different types of HR. I am currently interesting more in enrolment, leadership nouns, organizational strategies, and training... type of stuff.. I am not very into benefits.. but I guess I can win into that...So I don't have a HR experience as a HR official or assistant, but have worked as a negotiator of non-profit social service agencies and supervised a group of people. Experiences are not controlled to supervising but hiring, providing training, program development, and regulation development.
I enjoy BA in Psychology and 7 years of work experience after college that I am not really interested surrounded by starting as an entry level. I want to try out for bureaucrat level position.
It is unquestionably hard to exchange the field and not knowing what your skill is. I am confident that I can pull through the position.. but I want to capture feedback.

The impression I find from the the website and from my personal experience is that different companies tend to have different requirements for the position and I suggest you could find the position you are seeking with a company i.e. willing to hire you.
From a friend experience who be in a simplier situtation, I know it possible to switch and at least possible within a year or two, to be where on earth you would want to be, but to be frank, he had to be in motion through an extensive interview process He got the work not because he had a HR situation but because he was a charming, bright and exceptional person who from his work experience demostrated the organizational skills the company desired. He go thru a 6 mo. training program and after than moved up rapidly thru the company.

Also, since part of the problem is usually the small size of the alliance, anything you can do to team up is probably favourable. when i had to look for the agency i basically left, i call an organization contained by our community that provides non-profit consulting services, free to non-profits. i also cracked open the phone book and go about getting quotes that approach. it was also suggested to call upon hr outsourcing firms (can't think of any name right now) to try to buy into their group programs at reduced rates.
either route, it still was expensive for the agency.
